維也納Tigersworld附近住宿

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

My partner and I stayed here for two nights in April. Overall, a decent hotel and ideal for a weekend away. Pros: Quite location. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean room with the expected amenities (kettle, coffee/tea, hairdryer, safe). Powerful and hot shower. Easy check in and check out. Complimentary baggage storage. 20 minute walk to the centre. Cons: Slightly dated decor, could do with modernisation. Has a garden and roof terrace, but these aren’t worth a visit. Nothing there except a couple of chairs to sit on! Some potted plants/trees and benches would have made this more appealing.

整體還是不錯的！很乾凈！位置也不錯！很適合情侶出遊。首先，酒店的位置非常便利，交通便利且周邊設施齊全，無論是出行還是就餐都非常方便。前台的服務人員態度熱情友好，辦理入住手續快捷高效，讓人一進門就感受到了温暖和歡迎。 房間佈置得很温馨，乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適柔軟，讓我一夜好眠。

Stayed here for 5 days delivering a training course for an outside company. Hotel is in a great location, underground 5 min walk away, tram stops outside. 10 min walk and you are in the heart of the city. Hotel is very pleasant, nicely decked out with a great ambience. The staff are wonderful, from reception to the bar and restaurant always smiling, very attentive, friendly and professional. Some of the best Hotel staff I have ever encountered, a big plus for the hotel. Food is very good, great quality, presentation and taste. This has been best Hilton I have stayed in, and i have stayed in a few. Thank you for making my trip to Vienna even more memorable.

漂亮、乾淨的飯店，員工友善。早餐非常好。房間不大，但設施齊全，適合住一晚。我不建議您停留較長時間，因為您可能會缺乏更多空間。我發現唯一的缺點是停車費。太貴了。

對於帶着行李旅行的人來説位置非常好，酒店還同意我提前一天把行李暫存。酒店人員熱情友善，一樓有個接飲用水的地方，很方便。早餐也很豐富，孩子們很愛吃。

酒店房間35平，在歐洲算大的，價格也不貴，不含早大概700多一晚 連住了四晚沒有給瓶裝飲用水，是我在歐洲唯一一家沒有給瓶裝飲用水的，歐洲應該是水龍頭直飲水 我第一晚入住後給了五歐小費，第二晚入住後早上因為約了9點的美泉宮走的早忘了給小費，晚上回來毛巾居然舊的是收走了，沒有給新的，我去了20多個國家，頭一次見酒店不給換毛巾，而且跟前台説，連句sorry都沒有，好像是我的錯。 我住的房間也沒有浴缸，雖然我看評價其他房間有 另外入住的323還是個在電梯旁的聯通房，跟旁邊房間有聯通門的那種，我第一天因為到的晚就懶得換了。 沒在酒店吃早餐，早餐28歐，頭一晚住布達佩斯安納塔拉，酒店的早餐在紐約咖啡館是30歐，可能維也納物價比較貴 交通很方便,我買了維也納city card，所以去各個地方交通就都包含了，除了去機場的S7 出門4到5分鐘71路可以去霍夫堡和維也納藝術博物館 出門左轉在去71路電車上就是美泉宮下宮的入口 出門左轉去71路電車路上有家超過百年的老店 Salm brau ，肋排不錯，啤酒是自釀的，lemon beer很好喝 從酒店去機場出門向右過馬路3到4分鐘S7直達機場，成人票價4.5歐.孩子1.1歐（18不19歲以下都算孩子）,用city card應該有優惠，但是我在機器上沒搞明白選哪個，優惠後成人應該大概2.1歐 從酒店到火車站S2/S3和S7地鐵都在一個地方，兩三站就到維也納火車站，我從布達佩斯坐火車過來很方便就到了酒店 另外地鐵站這有個中型超市lidl，買水果，酸奶，香腸，麪包🥖各種日常用品很方便。

酒店距離地鐵站600米左右，從機場可以搭地鐵過來，很方便，到市中心的話可以搭幾個站巴士，也很方便，房間算大，就是發現床單上有幾條頭髮，早餐不錯哈

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.

這是第二次入住這個酒店。入住時酒店照例給了每人一張免費歡迎酒水券，可以在酒店吧枱喝上一杯自己喜歡的酒水飲料。無論是還車和趕飛機這個酒店都非常方便，離還車區衹有三百米。這次發現酒店旁邊有一條地下通道直通機場，通道地面平滑，拖箱子走路不再有困擾。由於趕早航班，沒有訂早餐，在酒店樓下喝上一杯免費現沖熱咖啡，吃點自己提前購買的點心，也算是一頓舒坦的早餐了。退房直接將房卡塞到前台旁的小箱子裏即可，非常便捷。
