Leo大宗飯店(The Leo Grand)

Very good hotel. Location is very good. The staff are amazing. The breakfast food in the restaurant is a la card. I didn't like it. The room is very comfortable, but is lack of a working table and chair.

This hotel is very special, really stylish and beautifully furnished and decorated. Brilliant location right in centre of Vienna with lots of great restaurants, bars and attractions in walking distance. Lovely bar in hotel for drinks before and after dinner. Staff really helpful. Couldn't recommend more highly and will be back!

Loved the friendly welcome and the stunning rooms. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the bedroom was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the free mini bar and bottle of wine in the room was a lovely extra. Only downside is the breakfast, it's a bit chaotic in the morning and you have to wait to be served so was a little bit stressful each day but the food was excellent.

Expensive hotel without professional service. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated but the technology was somewhat a mess-the remote control eg was difficult to use and not due to the lack of skill but the tablet just being very difficult to navigate and use- what is the point of having technology in place that is not serving its purpose. Be careful about breakfast pricing. When checking in, the breakfast was promoted with the price of 39 euros which turned out to be more than double due to the unprofessional service of the restaurant staff. Also booked a room with city view and got something else - we were asked the first day if we wanted to change the room to one with city view but when checking out and asking about refund we were told that there aren’t any rooms with city view. No refund and when we were paying the breakfast, were asked for cash payment due to the card machine not working but when we told them that we didn’t have cash, suddenly the payment could be made by card. Just felt somehow very dishonest and unprofessional- not something you’d expect from a hotel with this rating . Would definitely not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone

Excellent location! Restaurant doesn't work that well... No room service in the evening as the restaurant was busy... And the breakfast service doesn't really exist... The coffee comes too late and cold, the waiting time for a simple breakfast is 45min.

The hotel is very central for all amenities. Everything is very clean and well cared for. Very upmarket toiletries, lovely soft turquoise towels and robes Very comfortable bed with high quality linen. The decor is attractive, traditional with a modern twist. The restaurant is also good, as are all the staff. Not the cheapest, but worth it for us.

Hotel location was absolutely perfect. you can not be anymore centralized. the room itself was so nice very clean and super decoration. staff was also very friendly. we have enjoyed our stay so much in the leo grand everything was very professional. Highly recommended

Very nice staff, wine on arrival whilst checking in. Helpful porter who escorted us to our wonderful room and explained how all the facilities worked. Nothing to dislike.

This boutique hotel was just charming! Located in the heart of the shopping district and steps away from the metro walking was a breeze. The hotel is loaded with character. Our receptionist, Julianna, was so warm and lovely. The room had such flair (monkey lamps with feather shades!) and was comfortable and immaculate. The bathroom was huge and looked never used. We did not try the on-site restaurant. I highly recommend this unique little hotel!
