奈斯朝依韋恩飯店(Hotel Nestroy Wien)

無言。我不想使用怨恨的，或者更糟的是，粗俗的言語，因為我不想引起合理的答案。我會讓照片說話。你所看到的是我們在支付了四星級酒店的普通房間費用後得到的，其中之一是酒店在各個網站上在線發布的。相反，從照片中可以看出，由於傾斜的天花板和橫梁，這個房間至少有一半無法使用；那些睡在最靠近床的一側的人有顱骨受傷的風險。我看到酒店管理層經常回應各種負面評論。我懇請您不要像我之前看到其他人那樣回答我，所有的房間都很漂亮，但彼此之間可能略有不同（那麼為什麼您從不發布從閣樓獲得的房間的照片呢？ ）或者，如果您知道的話，您會給我們一個更好的房間（不應該提供無法使用和危險的房間......而且它們不適合任何人！）。正如有人所說，明智的沉默勝過無意義的言語。謝謝你所做的一切（可以這麼說），當然再也不會了。

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questa stamberga per capodanno. Ci hanno assegnato una stanza che neanche se fosse stato un hotel 2 stelle sarebbe stata accettabile. Un sottotetto di 16mq con una finestrina piccolissima, pavimento sconnesso ricoperto da moquette logora . L’unica cosa decente era il bagno, dove per altro non hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani. Il condizionatore faceva un rumore insopportabile ed era impossibile tenerlo acceso per più di pochi minuti. La reception si trovava nell’hotel di fronte , così come la sala colazione e questo ci e’ stato comunicato solo dopo la prenotazione con una mail in tedesco . Praticamente era una dependance dell’hotel Himlauer. Quando abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza perché non era ciò che avevamo prenotato ci hanno detto, in maniera molto scocciata , che l’hotel era al completo per cui non sarebbe stato possibile . In realtà noi abbiamo controllato la disponibilità su Booking e avevano ancora camere disponibili ! Non sono abituata a fare recensioni negative perché mi dispiace , preferisco recensire ciò che ho apprezzato , ma questa ho ritenuto doveroso farla per evitare che altri incorrano in questa spiacevole esperienza .

Das Hotel Nestroy hat eine tolle Lage und unweit von der U-Bahn entfernt. Der Preis war okay. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ein Teppichboden der nicht gesaugt ist, ist ein NO GO! Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und am Flur sowie in den Zimmern hat es einen unangenehmen Geruch (alt Verraucht und ungelüftet).

Actually we stayed at Nestroy Hotel. Position is good to explore the city. Staff was nice and welcoming; unfortunately, the reception was in another building and this might have been troublesome in case of need. Rooms did not reflect parameters of a 4* accomodation, considering furnishings and amenities. Minibar was empty. However we appreciated the warmth of the room.

It was a very nice stay. The reception is located in the opposite building. On daily basis, it's not a problem, but if you need assistance or wish to order sth at the bar - it's good to be aware of this - but we had been very clearly advised on this right after the booking. The room was very spacious. We've been provided the tea- and coffee facilities. It was very comfortable! Just one remark - the reception was quite reserved. When we had questions / needed assistance, we didn't really feel welcome. Besides - all was great!

I booked what I thought was the hotel Imlauer but turned out to be an apartment block over the road called Nestroy. This was not made clear when I booked and so I only realised when I arrived and was sent over the road with my room card. I suspect this was due to requesting a single room as a solo traveller. I am 65 and reasonably fit, but there was no offer from the reception of any assistance with my case and once in the building I realised that you had to go down three steps to reach the antiquated lift which only goes to the stairwell between each floor, leaving you with 13 steps to negotiate with a suitcase. Then as my room was on the top floor there was yet another step to get up to reach my room. Very small room and extremely stuffy, but it was clean and comfortable enough and the hotel is well located for access to Schwedenplatz Ubahn and trams. As there is no breakfast included and it costs a wopping 22.50 Euros, I had no reason to enter the actual hotel after checking in, so cannot comment on what it is like. Since I was there to meet a friend for the weekend, it was not a big deal to me but for any other solo travellers I would suggest this is not an ideal place to stay as it is pretty isolating and if you are less able it is not that accessible. Others should check before booking which of the two hotels you are booking as it is not at all clear on the website and there are no photos of the Nestroy!!
