Leider wurde von der Buchungswebsite die Stornierung der Zimmer ohne unser Wissen durchgeführt. Das Hotel kümmerte sich umgehend um ein Zimmer in einem anderen Ruby Hotel. Einfach nur top 😃

Great location, close to the train station and few hundred meters from the gates to the old city. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet js amazing!

All right, but they could provide the essentials as a hotel. dental kit for example they do not provide

A warm and nice place in Vienna though a pillar is inside of my room. Have a beer in bar is a good idea to make you relax.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Vieles war dadurch Fußläufig erreichbar. Für weitere Strecken gab es die Straßenbahn und der Hauptbahnhof „um die Ecke“. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer sollte man erneuern. Es war auch gut, dass es einen Snackautomaten auf der Etage gab. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und nett.

Localização muito boa, a curta caminhada de shopping, restaurantes e parques. Fomos a pé até para a Ópera Estatal, mas já é um pouco mais longe, uns 20 minutos de caminhada. Para mim o destaque foi o atendimento na recepção, merecem uma nota 1000. Atendentes são super prestativas e educadas. A recepção é ao mesmo tempo um bar/restaurante, o que achei bastante interessante, agradável tomar uns drinks lá.

Otimo hotel, boas instalações e tudo bem novo, porém, nao realizaram a arrumação do quarto, nem a troca de toalhas, tivemos que ir ate a recepcao solicitar novas. A lixeira do quarto também ja estava com papel dentro quando chegamos.

We had chosen this property for an overnight transfer on our return home to Canada, mainly for its convenient airport transport on the Vienna CAT, and apparently good value. Being pretty tired when we arrived (after a five-minute walk from the CAT), we were delighted to find a quirky and fun hotel, with friendly staff, a bright, modern, large and quiet room, and a good meal presented in short order with no fuss, in the pictured bar-restaurant. Everything worked exactly as it should. This will not be our last trip to Vienna, and we will certainly return to Ruby Sofie. Throughly recommended.
