安德烈亞斯高級旅館飯店(Hpa Hotel Andreas)

Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottima! La stanza era piccola, ma davvero pulita, hanno fatto le pulizie tutti i giorni. Posizione ottima, 10 minuti a piedi dal municipio, 5 dalla stazione del filobus. Personale molto gentile e accogliente. Colazione ben assortita e molto buona! Sicuramente consigliato!

Breakfast was below expectations. The staff was very unhelpful when I forgot a jacket in the closet of the room. I called the hotel 3 days in a row to ask for info about it but they said it was not found. I wouldn't recommend it.

Aspetti positivi -La posizione dell'hotel è molto vicina a tutto, al centro, ai mezzi di trasporto, a 30 min circa dall'aereoporto -Camera molto silenziosa e si riposa molto bene -Ci hanno fornito il lettino da campeggio per il bambino ( 1 anno senza costi aggiuntivi) -Cambio degli asciugamani giornaliero -Staff abbastanza cordiale, mi hanno aiutata a ritrovare il portafoglio che avevo smarrito all'interno del taxi. Aspetti da migliorare : -pulizia del bagno fatta in maniera molto grossolana, quindi non soddisfacente. -colazione da migliorare, molto scarsa, uova solo sode, un solo succo (tra l'altro confezionato), poca frutta fresca, marmellate solo confezionate, yogurt solo bianco e sfuso, 1 sola torta dolce forse anche confezionata. -piccolo misunderstanding con il receptionist che parla italiano, che inizialmente è stato molto cordiale, nella ricerca del mio portafoglio smarrito, ma che poi è stato scortese, in quanto quando mi sono rivolta a lui per informarlo di un episodio all'interno della polizia (dipartimento nel quale lui mi aveva mandato per effettuare la denuncia) mi ha detto che evidentemente sono stata io a non aver capito gli agenti, e che comunque non poteva darmi retta perché lui stava lavorando e doveva occuparsi dei check-in (non parlo il tedesco) -secondo me un pò troppo alto il prezzo della stanza per notte, ma nel complesso forse per essere a Vienna è nella media.

Über Booking zahlte ich € 100.- mehr. Im Hotel wurde mir gesagt "PECH gehabt." Das Hotel, Kneipp hätte seine Freude gehabt. Die Dusche wechselte selbstständig von kalt auf heiß. Beim sehr überschaubaren Frühstück war es sehr kuschelig da es kaum Platz gab. Das sehr freundliche Personal, bis auf einen Portier, ist positiv zu erwähnen. Aber gesamt gesehen um diesen Reis untragbar.

It’s like stepping back in time , you can imagine being on a film set and a load of German soldiers bursting in to search the rooms . Tiny lift takes you up to reception (2 people with luggage). Friendly and helpful staff , rooms cleaned every day , typical continental breakfast. Pleasant Stay . One gripe ….. No Tea or coffee making facilities in the room . Small machine in reception which will cost you €2.50 for a small cup of tea , which was lukewarm at best . Let a lovely stay in good location down .

Spent a very pleasent 4 x nights with friends at the Hotel Andreas in October. It is situated in a quiet part of the city and is only about 10 mins stroll to the Rathaus. The main door is unassuming and is like walking into the Tardis once inside. It is like stepping back in time and full of character. There are two sets of steps on either side of the huge ground floor hallway. The reception is on the 2nd floor which can be a bit of a hike if you have mobility issues. There is, however, a lift with a maximum of 2 x persons. Rooms were cleaned daily. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. The staff were very helpful and courteous and were more than happy to advise on places to visit/where to eat etc. The buffet breakfast was ok and good value for money. I would definitly return.

Overall I had a great time at this property. The only small thing was noise from adjacent room but only for a small time I was in my room at night. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and offered great advice and the morning breakfast was very tasty and wide variety of food choices for its size. Lots of good restaurants around the area and only two blocks (400m or so) away from Rathaus Platz(city hall).

It's a good and affordable place. Best thing about it is the location. It's a 10 min walk to the nearest subway station and 5 minute walk to the bus station and the tram station. Perfect place to sleep, grab a quick breakfast (they offer breakfast) and start exploring the beautiful city of Vienna.

The hotel is located only a few minutes from the Rathaus in a quiet and attractive part of the city. There are lots of good restaurants around the hotel and a very helpful Billa supermarket around the corner. The hotel is fairly small but clean and comfortable. The rooms range in size and can have fairly thin walls, but the hotel was quiet and on a quiet street so easy to get a good sleep. The rooms were a bit old-fashioned but most bathrooms had been refurbished and were very good with plenty of room. All-in-all an excellent base for visiting Vienna.
