HB1美泉宮實惠及設計飯店(HB1 Schonbrunn Budget & Design)

The rooms are small but very clean.

Für 70 Euro bekam ich ein Hotel der absoluten Minimum-Klasse. Kleines Zimmer mit Einzelbett im 14. Bezirk. Musste 20 Minuten lang am Check-In warten. Schließlich bekam ich eine falsche Rechnung ausgestellt. Preis/Leistung ist völlig unrealistisch und unangemessen für diese Qualität. Das Hotel ist ja an sich nicht schlecht, aber es ist weit unter dem Preisniveau.

We were there 2 days before a large group trip. The people at the front desk were quite unpleasant. They could not tell us if we could stay in the same room on the third night... we only found out on the third morning. There were no glasses fridge, or kettle.We paid the same as friends who had a lovely terrace and table and chairs down the hall from us. I would not return here. Breakfast was good.

Sehr gutes Hotelerlebnis mit sehr gutem Frühstück bei grandioser Aussicht. auch wenn die Außenfassade vielleicht täuscht ist das Hotel innen sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und für den Preis in Wien waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Rude Staff, Beds were terrible A/C doesn’t work, staff made out it to be a major issue to get a second room key, throwing his hands in the air with carry on, do yourself a favour and do not book this hotel, woke up with sore back the Beds were that bad

Grazie a Mydays (smartbox tedesco) ho soggiornato 2 notti presso questo hotel. All'inizio un po difficile da trovare.. Ma appena ci si prende la mano diventa facile. Dalla stazione e dal centro dista circa 20-25 Minuti (con un cambio) . 10 minuti a piedi dal Castello Schönbrunn, che é una meraviglia. La stanza é abbastanza piccola ma comodissima e pulita. E essendo che avevamo una stanza all interno molto silenziosa e abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta. La colazione al 4° piano. Con una bella vista (al castello). Ricca e gli addetti molto simpatici e competenti. Essendo che cé ancora tanto da vedere a vienna, ci rivengo in questo albergo :)

Very nice hotel, the room was clean and comfy, the bed was a little bit hard for my liking and pillow a bit lumpy but got well rested nevertheless. The room was otherwise quiet but the sounds from the corridor could be heard a bit too loud, but luckily were not too frequent. Breakfast was tasty with different types of bread and different meaty toppings, spreads and cheese, boiled eggs, yoghurt and cereal, fruit salad, different jams, coffee, tea and juice, all tasty and well enough to start the day with full belly. The staff was polite. The location was a walk distance from the Schönbrunn palace.

My stay was not good and the hotel was not value for money. The main problem was the cleanliness. I was given a room that had not been cleaned. There were hairs all over the bathroom and overflowing bins. I let reception know and they seemed annoyed to change me. The next room had been cleaned but it wasn't clean. The bed had hairs on them and there was mould in the shower. The hallways were also dirty. I would not stay at this hotel again.

First Was given room key to room that was occupied. He looked at another for me that was also occupied. Bathroom of room i was ultimately given was not clean. Was not ever cleaned properly the 3 day i was there
