호텔위치 진짜 미쳤어여 오페라 하우스 바로 근처 지하철역 근처 쇼핑센타 근처 ㅠㅠ 옛날 유럽호텔이지만 그게 더 분위기 있고 방도 크고 발코니도 있어요 에어컨 없어도 8월 유럽 충분히 지낼만 합니다

Ottimo, consigliato!

On 11.12.2022 at 17.00 I asked the receptionist, probably Dana, to use one of the hotel's meeting rooms for a joint meeting with 14 people staying at the hotel. We rented 7 rooms for 4 nights for one hour only for a joint birthday celebration for one of the guests who were with us. It is not possible to sit in a hotel room with such an amount of The people immediately received a third answer claiming that the meeting rooms were empty but ready for tomorrow.. despite all my requests and even after I promised that the room would be clean and tidy at the end, the receptionist immediately gave a third answer and did not try to help with my request. I did not receive any trea**ent or attempt to give a solution to my request. It's a shame we rented 7 rooms in the hotel .. there is no consideration for the guests or their requests I personally will not take this hotel again .. service and service does not exist in this hotel it's a shame

This is a great location in Vienna. We were able to take the train from the airport and it was very easy. We walked the whole city and were very close to many Chris**as Markets. Our tours even met right around the corner of our hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great and the beds quite comfortable. I would stay again.

I requested an early check-in for a meeting and they were able to arrange it. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is like going back in time. It is a beautiful building. The rooms are a bit small (but doesn't really matter as you are out most of the day and evening!) and the room was quite hot. Opening the window was not an option as the street below can be very noisy. There is a standing fan provided in the room.

Not luxurious, but very comfortable. Fabulous location, very helpful staff, good bathroom, comfortable bed, good wifi. Only negative was a very strange double door on the room.... Outer door can only be locked from the inside and inner door can only be locked from the outside. So can't leave one person in the room when the other person goes out, without locking them in.

Lovely ambience. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of choice at buffet breakfast. Very central position for transport and Chris**as markets. Will definitely stay again if returning to Vienna.

Fine settimana lungo di luglio a Vienna per visitare la città ed i musei. Ottima la posizione dell’hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato, cortese il personale, hotel elegante, silenzioso, la stanza vendutaci (la n 334) ampia, ma non climatizzata e del tutto insufficiente il ventilatore a disposizione. Nelle tre notti del soggiorno è stato impossibile il riposo anche con le finestre aperte. L’hotel non era affollato è in queste condizioni climatiche ritengo che quella stanza non doveva essere venduta.

Locatie perfect, personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk, hotel wat gedateerd maar dat had juist veel charme in die omgeving! Douchen in bad vinden wij minder prettig en het was vooral lastig omdat je de douchekop niet goed op kon hangen. Een airco is ook geen overbodige luxe en die misten we!
