維也納凱藝飯店(Quality Hotel Vienna)

Check-in was a breeze thanks to pleasant Eva, the beds were comfy and room spotless. Of our visit from Amsterdam to Prague and to Vienna, we found the friendliest people are in Vienna especially among the staffs at the Quality Hotel, they were helpful and friendly. That's good customer service

Unico punto a favore la vicinanza a Schönbrunn. Attenzione che tutto il resto è in centro e il palazzo non lo è; in 5 minuti siete alla fermata della metro. Camera per 4 veramente minimal: se aprite le ante dell’armadio toccano il letto. Parcheggio interno si paga Colazione 19 € a testa È un 4 stelle ma non ti danno nemmeno le ciabatte, quindi portatevele. Le pulizie le fanno ogni 2 giorni per essere “green” anche se a noi le hanno fatte al terzo e dopo lamentela; detto questo almeno rassettare i letti si può fare. Per scusarsi offrono un drink al bar che rifiutiamo dignitosamente. Non hanno neanche il ristorante.

Viaggiamo moltissimo e francamente ho fatto fatica a trovare una qualità così scadente. Un 4 stelle che maschera un 3 stelle. La cosa più sconvolgente è che non fanno le pulizie ogni giorno per essere "green" ma non ti fanno neppure il letto. Quindi mi ritrovo ad essere in vacanza rassettandomi il letto.... La pulizia per quando la fanno non è comunque delle migliori. Consiglio vivamente di rivedere un pò i concetti base dell'hotelerie...

We visited Quality hotel recently for leisure. We were nicely impressed by the customer service and more specifically from the receptionist Eva. She was extremely polite and provided excellent guidance and answers to all our queries. The hotel is well maintained and all areas are clean to a high standard. The location is great for getting to places. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable. I will definitely use it on my next trip to Vienna and highly recommend it.

They were very friendly and the condition of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffets, there were no variety in the food. The bartender was very friendly and very helpful about the area. The hotel manager Jarvier, very friendly and helpful. I would stay again if I would travel again to Vienna.

Hotel location is good, close to the Shronbrunn Palace and Zoo and the underground station, which is an excellent city service. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was decent but at E18 ahead could be costly for a family over several mornings. There was an offer of E15 per breakfast which you had to take on the arrival day. The room cost was reasonable. There is a small fridge in the room which is always helpful and a large screen TV with CNN in english. The one drawback is the traffic noise at the front of the hotel. A sliding window barrier mitigates this somewhat but it could certainly be an issue for some.

Property is dated in decor but clean. Staff friendly and willing to do anything you need. On-site parking available but expensive. Central location. We were on top floor so we had one of the awkward walls which were a little difficult to manoeuvre. Fridge in room didn’t work. Upon inquiry we were told it’s not really a fridge but a storage space.
