I was very disappointed when I arrived at the desk (after finally finding the hotel) that our room did not have a bath. On *********** they have images of a bath/shower and also states “bathroom with bath or shower” for the double room that we booked. I found this to be very misleading and asked the reception if we could change the room to one with a bath. They said there are only 3 (if I remember correctly) rooms with baths and that they were occupied. I was so disappointed because I specifically searched for hotels that had a bath when booking. They didn’t offer us any consolation, so we took the room we were given. To be fair it was lovely and the bed was comfortable and I loved the LED lights but I would not stay here again. Travelling over 30mins into the centre and back every day was exhausting and we couldn’t just drop in whenever we wanted. Now it was our own fault that we booked somewhere so far away, but for something that wasn’t even offering what we wanted the most, it was definitely not worth it. The breakfast was expensive but it was delicious! Honestly, I still think about this trip and how this slightly tainted the experience so that’s why I’m leaving this review 😊

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.

酒店坐落在多瑙河畔，環境絕佳，客房寬敞，早餐豐盛，擁有獨立的停車場。但是最不好的是淋浴間的花曬，出水沒有強度，這別說是五星級酒店，即使是經濟型酒店也不應該。

We stayed here more than 2 weeks visiting our family, found that we made an excellent choice for accommodation. Though the Greenling'M' room is more expansive, it has a very large balcony where picnic is possible. View from the balcony towards the artificial lake is good, especially at dawn and before dark. There are a few trees in the balcony where birds keep visiting (mostly tits). The Hofer supermarket is just 5 min away and Spar is 10 min. The terminal station of U2 line at Seestadt is close by with a Ströck Cafe providing very good bread and croissants. Seestadt is a quite area, with only a few restaurants and limited choices. Portobello has very good pizzas, and Leo has good ice cream. The Metro ride to Vienna Centre is about 30-40 min, service frequency depends on time of the day. The other terminal station of U2 line is now Shottentor (not Karlplatz, until Sept 2024), so if change of line is required time required will be longer. As this is an apartment there is no service, except removal of garbage (to be put outside the door before 11 am each day). Check in and check out are both automatic by getting and dropping keycards at boxes. We needed to request for towel change (then provided to us free of charge twice, otherwise 8 Euro per change) for our long stay, but that is just a small point. There are two paid washing machines in the basement use of which requires the app ”WeWash” (but we have not tried). There is a Friday Market and a Saturday Street Feast every week in the area. The Friday Market has a stall selling very fresh fruits and vegetables. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

在Bhumtang(被稱爲不丹的瑞士)期間,我住在這家真正地道但現代的度假勝地河小屋。位於從Bhumtang整個風景可見的高度,住宿絕對令人愉快。非常貼心的老闆確保我們吃了很棒的早餐,有機蘋果就在他自己的農場。工作人員非常熱情友好,他們還確保我們在-10度冷凍溫度下保持溫暖。市場距離酒店只有5分鐘的步行路程,晚上鎮上最熱鬧。總而言之,這是一個美麗的住宿,在一個美麗的位置,我強烈推薦給大家參觀Bhumtang!
