The room was clean, spacious, excellent view. Restaurant was very nice, good food, excellent service. Staff very friendly Breakfast was exceptional. Resl dishes, heavy, not chesp, silverware. Hostess very friendly and helpful. Food v e ry good. The nicest Breakfast for a hotel. Fresh homemade biscuits!!!

Fabulous view watching the barges go up and down the Mississippi. Bar and restaurant open 5-9pm - great food and drinks. We joined in on the Tuesday night Trivia game and won dinner for 2 gir 2nd place plus had lots of fun. Goid breakfast- even served corn grits which I had to try being from MT.

The condition of the room was poor. The floor was so weak in the room that I was afraid to walk. Walls, Linens & iron board were stained.

I called before booking to ask if the hot tub was working and was told it was but when I got the the hot tub was malfunctioning and the smell of mildew was strong in the pool and hot tub area.

The property had like a stale smell. It needed to be more of a fresh smelling environment. The rooms needed to be aired out. It had like a musk smell. The staff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast food was average wasn’t hot and fresh.

Trash still left in room, stained bedsheets, fridge damaged, and part of floor clearly covered with plywood instead of properly fixing.

The lobby smelled; the floor around the pool was dirty and plenty with mold, rusty hinges, the walls at the bedroom were dirty, the carpet was dirty, too; bench and sofa-bed were filthy. No extra comforter for the pull-out bed. Guest-book folder was sticky and look like scratch paper. It was quite disgusting being at this hotel. The location was surrounded by vandalized houses. Did not feel safe. It's a pity that a hotel in such a beautiful location has such a poor management.

Upon our arrival, We were given a room that the door opening was faulty, could not open even after we told the reception. Finally the door opened after a struggle. Inside the room now, the entrance light was not working and an AC was not working. I has to journey back to the front desk to report this again. After all this, we were given the next door room. The room I booked was facing the river side, so the 2nd room view of the river was blocked. I had to go back again to report that. They finally gave us the last floor after 3 consecutive shifting from one room to another and another. Well, the last room was ok, except that the only side of the window blind was missing. . The walls were dirty as if someone was walking on the wall. The place was quiet but with a lot of cats outside. The only thing is that the place is not really clean. The guest should not be greeted by spider webs by the elevator. Just a lot of faulty items that could be fixed and improve the quality of the place.

My stay was good. The facility seems a little run down but the staff was very friendly.

The Hotel is very nice and the customer service was great. When we got to our room it smelled very musty. The sitting chair was sitting in an odd place in the room. We moved the chair to realize it was covering a hole in the floor. There was no hole in the carpet but no floor under the carpet. You could see where the carpet dipped down and we were scared to step there in fear of falling through the floor. The breakfast was great. The view if the MS River was beautiful.

Air conditioner leaked in room and was concerened about the floor Told house keeping about the problem
