View from room is wonderful. Their address 'Victoria' is wrong - could say Greater Victoria, near Victoria or actual county name. My GPS said 'no such address in Victoria' hence took sometime to find the place. They also could provide a pitcher of water & a cup in room for convenience - no cup/mug in washroom either.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is gorgeous and the view is incredible! our hosts were amazing and so gracious and I fell in love with Ellis they’re lovely little dog, our daily breakfast was delicious. We could not have asked for a better experience!! I would highly recommend this beautiful B&B 💙

Amazing view, very clean, and comfortable beds. Nice sitting area to take in the view. Curtain instead of door on bathroom and no sound proofing in the walls so noise comes in from other rooms.

Ted and his wife were super friendly. The breakfasts were fantastic and the view was to die for. Highly recommended would come again for sure.

I had a reservation for 4 nights in mid-August 2022. Injured my back the week before, in hospital, could not go. Orbitz tried to reach them for 4 days to request a cancellation/refund, (called repeatedly, left multiple messages) but they never replied. When the place sent their auto-reminder that I was checking in the next day, I replied that I was unable to come, and Orbitz had sent them multiple messages. They claimed they never received calls or messages, even though I have copies of the emails Orbitz sent. They refused to refund and sent a nasty note back. . If they had replied to Orbitz when first called, there was plenty of time to re-book in this busy end-of-summer vacation time. Never saw the property, so I gave them neutral reviews on everything else.

This was a residential home that takes long term boarders on the first floor & so-called b&b guests in the basement. There are no restaurants, convenience stores or services nearby. We arrived at the front door & were told to enter the basement door into the garage instead. The owner met us there and directed us to remove our shoes & offered us previously worn dirty slippers to wear into the basement. There were 5 rooms. Our room used a bathroom out in the hall. We were not allowed upstairs in the living areas or the sundeck. We had 2 chairs outside our room in the backyard. The basement, our room and our bath were very cold. The thermostat was not working in the bedroom and bath. Finally they fixed it but it took 1 day to get it so the room temperature was comfortable. The bath had a space heater that only worked occasionally. The shower had a 12 inch step up and no handrail to assist nor any nonslip mat. The soap was used & had hair on it. Plus there were flying bugs all over. We were scheduled four a four night stay. Since our room was cold all night, we requested to cancel the next day as my wife was getting sick. We were refused any sort of refund because they stated we got a discount. Breakfast was at 8 to 8:30, no exceptions. It was placed on table before we got there. Same fair was served all 4 days: 1 cold freid egg, cold sauteed veg & sm fruit. Cold bread. Rancid butter & dried out jelly pks. Hosts did not interact. Room/bath not serviced thru stay. Worst ever stay

No in suite bathroom, nobody in the property to help with check in

Deceiving advertisement. Bathrooms were shared as opposed to what the ad said “ private bathroom facility”. Highly irresponsible in times of COVID

Excellent house and area but it is too far from downtown Victoria which is the only down thing about.
