I had a reservation for 4 nights in mid-August 2022. Injured my back the week before, in hospital, could not go. Orbitz tried to reach them for 4 days to request a cancellation/refund, (called repeatedly, left multiple messages) but they never replied. When the place sent their auto-reminder that I was checking in the next day, I replied that I was unable to come, and Orbitz had sent them multiple messages. They claimed they never received calls or messages, even though I have copies of the emails Orbitz sent.
They refused to refund and sent a nasty note back. . If they had replied to Orbitz when first called, there was plenty of time to re-book in this busy end-of-summer vacation time.
Never saw the property, so I gave them neutral reviews on everything else.
