事情不如預期 我認為不會比四星級飯店好 SPA沒什麼 整間飯店的燈壞了/不亮 房間裡也很髒，水療中心也很髒，這是五星級的有限的 室外游泳池只在夏天工作洞察力非常冷 所以去預訂吧，不要預訂這家

Très belle hôtel bien situé au bord du lac majeur. Au petit soin pour les clients, juste petit souci avec le restaurant à l’étage. Un beau spa avec la piscine on est tranquille sans trop de monde. La chambre très bien avec une belle vu sur le lac, petite remarque avec la tv 📺 avoir quelques chose de plus récent qu’il s’allume rapidement et sans avoir de coupure quand on la regarde

I found this hotel by chance and I'm so glad I did. What a Blessing!!! From the moment of my first email to inquire about lunch and dinner suggestions and reservations , ferry schedules and amenities provided, Natalia and Sophia made me feel like family. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay a very memorable and FANTASTIC one!! Our room couldn't be more perfrct(416) clean, spacious, all the amenities one would need and a full, AMAZING view of the beautiful Lake Lugano. My husband and I took advantage of using the spa to get masssges and relax-we were not disappointed-just what we needed. The hotel is clean, quaint, peaceful and in a convenient location. They provide a free shuttle service to and from where you need to get if you don't have a car. If you have a car parking is right out front-So easy. The pool area and lake front lounging is a great asset as well. We had drinks and sat by the pool bar a couple of times and found it to be very relaxing as well. All the staff were polite, friendly, attentive and helpful wherever we were in the hotel. Our first night there we celebrated my special birthday dinner at Ristorante Lago and I was treated and felt like a queen. It was just wonderful. The manager sat us at a very special table overlooking the lake and our waiter Guisseppe was fabulous!! My husband and I are not much of BIG breakfast people-lite bites and on the go for us so the free buffet breakfast we felt was sufficient enough-especially since in Italy you'll be eating lots of delicious foods-rather save my palate for later. The ferries were soooo much more convenient, easy, manned properly, and less crowded than on Lake Como!!! I can't express enough just how phenomenal our stay was.

If you like exceptional service, with an amazing view, and first class meals, here is where you belong!!! Absolutely first class resort and experience. This is probably the most beautiful place I have ever been. This is phenomenal! The room was fantastic, and the facilities are next level. It’s a first class experience. Also, the view is seriously the most amazing view. You have to check this place out!!

漂亮的房間和舒適的床上用品/不幸的是地毯上有太多污漬！ 5***** 無法接受關於早餐😡沒有新鮮麵包、羊角麵包/糕點/小氣球，一切都是冷凍和預先煮熟的，沒有新鮮水果沙拉！早餐工作人員，4個人在房間裡繞圈，你必須等待10多分鐘才能得到咖啡和茶（當茶到達時你必須要一個袋子，只有水）總之被高估了除了價格

L'hôtel est très bien situé et la vue est de toute beauté!!! Le personnel était très agréable, compétent et très attentif au bien-être de ses hôtes. Les commodités (halle d'entrée, ascenseur, piscine, spa,...) étaient d'une propreté exemplaire. Notre chambre, avec balcon et vue sur le lac était incroyable... le supplément valait vraiment le coup d'oeil! Le repas du soir, au restaurant de l'hôtel était gastronomique; nos enfants ont mangé avec bon appétit et nous avec... un très belle découverte culinaire et un service de qualité! Nous nous réjouissons d'une prochaine expérience... cette fois-ci plus estivale!

Nous sommes descendu dans cet hôtel avec une offre de Qoqa. Nous avons trouvé la suite très bien avec une jolie vie sur le lac. Ne vous inquiétez pas pour la musique, le bar de l'hotel ne ferme pas tard. Les chambres sont assez kitch et mériteraient un coup de neuf. Cependant, climatisation, télévision,etc,... tout fonctionne. Le déjeuné est copieux et bien agencé, il y a même un petit coin avec des articles sans gluten. L'hotel dispose d'un petit SPA à l'intérieur avec une piscine, bain à remous, bain turque, bain vapeur et sauna. Il y a également une piscine extérieur, ainsi qu'un accès direct au lac pour se baigner. Très sympa. Un service de shuttle vous emmene où vous voulez. Le verre d'accueil, est le meilleure verre d'accueil que nous ayons bu, nous avons pu choisir n'importe quelle boisson de la carte. Malgré le prix assez élevé de l'établissement, ça vaut le détour si vous pouvez vous dégotter une offre spéciale.
