Candlewood Suites 維克斯堡(Candlewood Suites Vicksburg)

Requested first floor handicap room - got 3rd floor handicap 7 doors down from elevator (quite a walk for me). The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. No ice on any floor- you have to go to front desk and ask they give a trash can liner full of ice!! The fire alarm went off and the blinking lights lasted over an hour (there was no fire). No breakfast just terrible machine coffee.

My stay was amazing!! I actually arrived a day earlier than my reservation and the hotel was extremely accommodating. the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. My room was excellent and very clean. I felt safe. the entry way to the hotel when leaving is bothersome, you cant see oncoming traffic when trying to leave the hotel. Very well located near all the food places

Conveniently located in Vicksburg. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

My family was not able to check in. I was only notified once arriving. I was not offered any costumer service, refund, or help of any kind.

The building has shifted. In my room the bathroom & closet door wouldn't close, and you had to close the room door entrance. There were cracks in the ceiling also.

Exercise equipment broken. Pool with NO water. Supposed to do housekeeping on Tuesday__nothing done. Room should be priced with all these negatives at $80 max. Not $115.

The staff was rude , and told me they had no rooms available . ********** has charged my credit card ,I’m not happy .

We waited in the hotel lobby for 20 minutes at midnight to check in with no desk clerk showing up for that time period. Also, the air conditioner in the room is broken.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From the great hospitality I received from the staff to the clean rooms with everything I needed! Thanks so much for making this stay a relaxing one. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will be coming back! Thanks and keep up the great work!
