維羅奈塔住宿加早餐旅館(Veronetta House)

Siamo arrivati il 13 novembre sera e la camera era fredda senza riscaldamenti fino al mattino in cui siamo andati via, non abbiamo neanche potuto fare una doccia, i proprietari non si sono neanche scusati , nonostante io glielo abbia fatto notare, non mi è piaciuto per niente l’atteggiamento

Posizione eccellente e ottimo servizio. Camera spaziosa e pulita, personale gentile e disponibile! L’hotel è a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, vicino all’Adige, è da lì si possono raggiungere i principali siti di attrazione. La prima colazione, da scegliere dolce o salata, è abbondante è servita in camera all’orario scelto dall’ospite

Gute Lage, sehr guter Service und hervorragendes Frühstück. Auch Empfehlungen der Restaurants waren sehr hilfreich, z.B. in direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es ein pittoreskes Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche. Ideal auch für ein letztes Glas Wein oder Grappa. Parken kann man 5 Minuten entfernt.

Charmante Unterkunft in der Nähe der wunderschönen Altstadt von Verona. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich. Frühstück ist ein Highlight! Den Kindern hat es auch sehr gut gefallen. Netflix im Zimmer :-) Schmink-Vorraum im Badezimmer.

This was a lovely cute property in the heart of Verona. We even had our own patio to relax in! Breakfast was brought to the room and included a wide selection of breakfast items including exotic fruit. Of course we had that on the patio. It was walking distance to all the eating, shopping and city center. We parked our car around the corner in a paid parking lot. Driving is tricky due to the very narrow streets.

It was perfectly situated,close to everything.The girl on reception was super friendly and helpful.Room was fab with air conditioning.My only criticism would be that the shower was tiny.Breakfast was brought to the room and was amazing

We spent one night in Verona and Veronetta House was perfect for us. We received a warm welcome and Stefano was excellent assisting me prior to our arrival with taxi bookings and information about the city. Our rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Veronetta House is central and provides easy walking into the city. Thank you for a great stay.

Lets start with the positive. Location and communication per whatsapp were good and fast. Information and map about city were given. However Hotel is operating way to rigid, for check in as well as breakfast. If I read on the website that check in is from 15:00 to 19:00 o'clock, I understand this is the time frame in which I can check in. But guest needs to inform hotel to the exact hour because otherwise no one will be there. Needless to say if you make a wrong turn you will be later and have to inform the host again. You spent more time on the phone then watching the scenery. The design of the room was without any taste or style, not practical for having breakfast in the room, dusty not well cleaned (dont look under the bed), shower super small and balcony not worth mentioning. First breakfast we ordered at 9:00 (probably too late), we received disgusting dried out eggs and a meatball you could win World War II with. Even though you had a choice between sweet and salty breakfast they were packaged items. Also with 7 blueberries I can take the time to pick out the moldy one. Across was the breakfast room a.k.a smoking room of the host. I rather not think about that my breakfast was made in there. Verona was absolutely amazing with its markets, sights and eateries....except the hotel :( Disappointing. I dont need a fancy hotel but I will not stay at the Veronetta House again.

Ille start with the Good points location was nice, room was nice loved the balcony, aircon was very good, room had everything you needed. Bad points bad communication the garage is not as advertised the reviews are terrible and you have to leave a key, which annoyed me as I was only told the day before check in. Cleanliness needs improving in the room, breakfast was nice enough for 2 people but would be better in a room where u can pick and eat what you want, covid is an excuse we thought. You have what you are given anything sweet or savoury. Very noisy struggled to sleep and the worst mattress in the world 2 twins joined together which is fine but one was very much higher than the other. We didn’t think it was worth the money or rating
