Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. The suite included a mini fridge with multiple items for breakfast. There is also a toaster, dishes, a microwave, and a 2 burner stove top. We didn’t really prioritize being on Juliette’s courtyard, it just happened that the lodging we liked the best in our search was. It was actually really fun to have the courtyard to ourselves after it closed to the public at 7pm! Both our check in and check out were easy, and the owner and her staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The street out front does have a lot of tourists and was a little noisy. Being from Chicago, the noise didn’t phase us, but if you struggle with noise you could easily mask it with white noise from your phone or a speaker.

The flat we stayed in on the first floor was lovely, with great linens and pillows. It was hard to get out of bed. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast in the spacious flat the street side is a bit noisy, but it didn’t really bother us. Also, very good air conditioning, so we would keep the windows closed at night. Highly recommend.

My partner (now fiancee!) and I stayed at La Corte di Guiletta over a long weekend in June and had an absolutely magical time. The setting itself was absolutely beautiful; the courtyard and Juliette's balcony and statue are incredibly romantic and this is made even more special by the fact that hotel guests are granted access when the courtyard is closed to the general public. The hotel itself is also wonderful. The suite that we stayed in was pristine and comfortable, and equipped with everything that we needed. This was all made even more wonderful by Michela's warm and generous welcome; Michela offered us tips on places to visit during our stay, recommended wonderful places to eat, and even arranged our transfer back to the airport for us. Michela went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and even accommodated an early checkout so as we could travel to our flight (begrudgingly) without worry. This made a fabulous stay even more spectacular. I couldn't recommend this venue, or Verona, more highly. We will definitely be back! With love, Abi
