蝴蝶精品客房飯店(Butterfly Boutique Rooms)

Gian Matteo und Laura sind sehr darauf bedacht, dass ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Uns hat die hochwertige Zimmerausstattung (Farben und Formen) sehr gut gefallen. Man kann sich sofort wohlfühlen. Die angebotenen Getränke und Konfiserie wurden immer aufgefüllt und waren nie abgezählt. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Badezimmerartikel waren sehr gut. Eigentlich brauchte man zu diesen nur noch seine persönliche Produkte ergänzen. Dies alles macht einen nächsten Aufenthalt sehr einfach und angenehm.

Le luxe discret à l'état pur. Tout n'est que détails savamment pensés, le bien-être du résident semblant une priorité. Que dire de l'amabilité, l'efficacité de Marco, sinon que, là, également, tout est parfait ? Très très très beau séjour !

L’accueil super agréable et les conseils très avisés de Marco, la chambre #3 calme, donnant sur cour intérieure, la grande qualité des prestations, le design de la chambre… et la situation idéale dans Vérone !! Que dire de plus… ce fut un séjour sublime 🤩😁☀️. Si nous retournons à Vérone, ce sera dans cet hôtel .

Abbiamo da poco lasciato questa fantastica struttura, non c'è nulla da dire a parte che è ancora meglio di come viene descritta. Tutti i comfort descritti sono presenti, il livello di pulizia è altissimo, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni esigenza oltre ad essere molto cordiale. Le camere sono davvero meravigliose e curate in ogni dettaglio, in pochissimi alberghi ho trovato così tanta cura ed eleganza. Un albergo cosi è davvero difficile descriverlo poichè non si riesce a esprimere la magia che si respira. LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE, bravissimi!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Butterfly Verona. Beautiful boutique hotel, amenities and wonderful service from the moment we arrived to the minute we left. It is certainly the place to stay in Verona walking distance to everything the old town offers. It will be hard to top on our month long tour around Italy!

My wife and I only stayed one night in Verona, but the hotel was fantastic! The couple who own the hotel were very nice and helpful, as was the one staffer we met. The room was very comfortable. It's definitely a small, boutique hotel. And, the location was fantastic. We walked everywhere we wanted to go -- very nice not to need a car.

It is a hostel with hotel prices. It is a flat in a building divided into a few rooms. They rent you a spacious modern room but without any of the services that a hotel can offer. There are people the day you arrive and the day you leave because they ask you your schedule but the rest of the time when you go to your room there is no one, it looks like a ghost place. At night you enter a building without light where there is no one and it is not pleasant. For this price you go to a hotel where you have services that make your stay luxurious. Being able to have breakfast and go out to visit the city without having to go back to your room from the street to brush your teeth or when you return to your room you can ask a local about the city or have a smile to greet you on your return and not a cold keyboard where you can dial your password.

Staff were really accommodating and very friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. All the doors work on key pads which was very easy. Rooms included Dyson hair dryers and nespresso coffee machines. Rooms were very spacious. They gave great site seeing and restaurants recommendations. Would stay here again on next trip to Verona.

The Butterfly Boutique Rooms are absolute perfection. Gian Matteo and Laura have spared no expense and poured love into creating an exquisite range of rooms showcasing the best of Italian design and style. The location is superb- tucked away quietly but bang in the centre of this gorgeous city. We arrived to find delicious homemade pastries, a lovely bottle of wine and a well-stocked complimentary fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable and our en suite was fabulous with incredible attention to detail- superb products and even a mask to soak away tired eyes from long travels. But it is the service and warmth of welcome that make this place so very special- Gian Matteo , Laura and their team could not have done more to make our stay completely perfect. They are rightly incredibly proud of their wonderful accommodation and it was clearly important to them that our stay was faultless - which it was. My husband was a bit disappointed to be missing his beloved Man City playing - which was only available on SKY- so we nipped out for a coffee instead. On our return, the TV in our room had been set up with SKY ( using one of the teams personal account) so he could watch the game. Such a thoughtful gesture. The Butterfly Boutique rooms combine the best qualities of a hotel stay with the best of staying in a luxurious private apartment. We left feeling so relaxed it was only when we got all the way to Lake Garda that we realised we had left our passports behind in the safe at Butterfly Rooms. Gian Matteo had them hand despatched to us and refused to allow us to give hin payment. So, even after we had left the building, the service continued to be outstanding! My husband and I have travelled all over the world with work and for pleasure and the Butterfly Rooms are as lovely as anywhere we've stayed. I cannot recommend them too highly.
