艾瑪尼民宿公寓(B&B Residenza Ermanni)

La posizione è centrale, a qualche centinaio di metri dall'Arena e dalle principali attrazioni cittadine. Allo tempo stesso permette di giungere alla struttura facilmente sia in treno che in auto (consigliato parcheggio coperto zona cimitero monumentale). Stanza ampia, pulita e ben arredata, la realtà è quella ben descritta nell'offerta. Accoglienza gentilissima da parte della Signora Raffaella, con utili indicazioni per godere meglio delle bellezze storiche e delle bontà di Verona. Discreta l'offerta per la colazione. Unica pecca, la vista dalla camera, ma quella non si può cambiare. Rapporto qualità/prezzo in linea per qualità dell'offerta con altre del centro (in generale tutte con un prezzo tendente al medio alto). Consiglio a tutti e terremo in considerazione anche per il futuro.

Chambre d'hôtes situé à 500m des arènes. Une très mauvaise expérience. La salle de bains avait des éléments qui ne fonctionnaient pas, pas d'eau chaude ni pression. Situation qui existait avant notre venue. Nous devions bénéficier d'un patio inexistant. Le prix était hors marché. A éviter

Non ci sono parole per descrivere l'atmosfera familiare di questo B&B. Raffaella, la proprietaria era di persona assente ma sempre raggiungibile al cellulare, mentre noi siamo state accolte da Carla una persona aperta, ospitale, empatica, molto professionale e sempre presente in caso di bisogno. La nostra stanza era molto grande con un letto matrimoniale ed un letto singolo che abbiamo usato come divano. Il bagno accessoriato di tutto ed un balcone nel cortile interno. Arredamento moderno con stile. La colazione perfetta con dolce e salato, frutta, muesli, succhi...insomma non mancava niente. Grazie per l'accoglienza. Ci siamo sentite come a casa.

Perfecte locatie in rustige straat met alles op loopafstand. Heerlijke kamers en lekker ontbijt in gezellige eetkeuken. Superaardige en hartelijke gestvrouw die je in alles adviseert en maakt dat je je meteen thuisboelt in Verona. Echte aanrader.

What a great experience , we had booked for the opera at the arena so we stayed for four days to make a city break of it. Our host Raffaella could not have been more accommodating , she is genuinely interested in the people who stay with her in her home and she is enthusiastic in sharing with you where to go and what to do. Our room we had is already shown on this review site and was very big, airy and spotlessly clean with a lovely balcony onto the street. The guest house is perfectly situated in a typical Italian street and within a five minute walk of the centre with all,its bars, shops, restaurants and of course the opera arena. The local buses are also only minutes away and we used one to go to lake Garda, they were on time and very clean also not expensive at all.

Excellent B&B so close to the old part of Verona. Huge room with a comfortable bed and big en suite bathroom. The area is quiet and not far from recommended restaurants. Raffaella is helpful, good to us when we had taxi problems! Would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful B&B in the heart of Verona, only 5 minutes to the Arena. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated, a lovely bathroom with fantastic shower and powerful hairdryer. A fridge is also provided and you can make a cup of tea in the kitchen at any time. Everywhere is immaculately clean. Rafaella was so helpful and provides a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Rafaela, you’re welcome, your rooms and your breakfasts were first class and made our stay in Verona so enjoyable and relaxing. The BnB is perfectly situated to walk into the centre or to the bus or train. We will definitely return.
