Very nice stay and we will come again if we visit Madison

This is maybe good for a single person staying on business but not so much for a married couple. Rooms were small and minimalist. We had some trouble with a faulty electrical plug. Only two body size towels for the shower and most women use that on their own (one for body, one for hair). Went to the included breakfast at 9AM and a bunch of tables still had chairs on the tables which seemed odd why no open the entire area? Pancake machine didn't have batter but employee quickly got some. Coffee was empty and desk clerk rolled eyes when I told her but it got refilled. Employees didn't seem real interested in doing much and were a bit indifferent to guest needs. All in all won't go back.

It's a nice basic hotel with small but clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was great and the bathroom is roomy. Our room was a bit cramped though for two people staying 5 nights. Location is good and feels plenty safe, but you will have to drive almost everywhere in Madison. It was nice having a fitness room. The breakfast is always nice to have access to, but the coffee is so subpar (please get some better coffee!), and the food is pretty junky (Sysco supplied) but typical hotel breakfast fare.

This is our second time staying at this Tru while visiting Madison. It is convenient, very clean, the staff is friendly and professional-it's just an overall great hotel. The rooms are spotless, quiet and well appointed for our needs. The beds are rather firm and personally we would love a bit of softness from a topper, but that's being very picky :) We will definitely stay here again!

Tru, by Hilton, Madison, Wisconson was a very clean hotel and the staff only interacted with us when needed during our stay. Parking was easy and it was a plus that the hotel provided breakfast and 24 hr. hot beverage service. My family and I will look into staying here the next time we are in Madison.

Loved our stay. This hotel is very clean. Loved that they had Lysol wipes available and the staff was really sweet. From the front desk to the ladies in the breakfast bar. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the minimalistic style of the hotel and bright decor. The location is great as well. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in town.
