Need to have better rates during week

The place is super dirty, when you come down on the elevator all you see is black mold and water marks on the walls and in my room the tiles in bathroom were cracked and the wallpaper was coming off the wall. My room was non smoking but stink like cigarettes. If you have to go there stay at the lodge, it’s way nicer

We had a wonderful experience. The grounds are beautiful. The room was spotless and so was the ******. Very nice shops and restaurants. Looking forward to returning.

Beautiful ******. Stayed in one of the Tower Rooms...very, very nice! Will be back again!

Bedding was terrible, pillows were hard stiff and caused me to awake with severe neck and back pains due to this I do not see myself returning

Worst experience I have had in a long time. Customer service was terrible. They are a ****** and have no mini bar in the rooms, no late check out, and the customer service was terrible. They also hand no water on the room, so we called the front desk to see if we can order some to be delivered to our room, and they said they could only offer us 2 small bottles. It was 11pm at night. I get it they want you to go spend money in the ******, but I will never recommend it to anyone due to the true lack of customer care.

Room was spacious, comfy & very clean. Grounds were very well kept. ****** was large.

The property was spacious and very clean - the dining options are limited during the week - I hope to revisit over the weekend to experience those amenities

We saw a lot from the pictures but not all applicable to all guests. Really disappointing to not have a microwave and fridge in room.
