在威尼斯俱樂部的希爾頓酒店預訂了2晚住宿。我們剛從遊輪出發,上午11點到達。無法入住到下午3點,這很不幸。可以進入行政休息室,說我很失望,這是個保守的說法,看上去就像主休息室的走廊,因爲沒有堅實的分隔器,噪音太大了,曾經在全世界使用過希爾頓品牌,作爲過去的鑽石會員,對這家感到失望。下午3點入住後,我們去了3樓的房間,因爲有很多走廊可以導航到房間,所以帶了點東西留下痕跡。這套西裝既大又整潔,但總的來說,它看上去很過時,分層的儲藏浴室很大,浴室和淋浴都有問題,排水問題。淋浴中也有很多黴菌不是我看了很多電視,而是隻有3個英語頻道,2個新聞節目需要大量的蟲子噴霧,因爲酒店裏有很多蟲子,它們咬了很多好的班車到聖馬克斯,每30分鐘,一次只需要39個帕克斯,所以在繁忙的時候要小心。從未在酒店用餐,所以無法評論。天空酒吧對威尼斯和酒吧工作人員的美景非常友好。很忙

Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights. Very good service, fast checkin and even a tour throughout the apartment and we were amazed by how nice and big it was! Everything worked perfect and was so neat and clean. To not even to begin about the beds. So big and slept so well. The location is perfect as you are within a 10 minutes radius, in the city were you can find a lot of restaurants and places to take a gondola (definitely recommend) but also only 8 minutes walk to supermarkets and the San Marco (Piazza) were they have great stores and architecture. Definitely a 10/10 !! Thanks team Palazzo dei Fiori for making our stay an unforgettable one :) ＜3

酒店本身就是藝術品，據說是以前某個貴族總督的住所，就在大運河旁，坐水上出租車可直達。一定要定帶陽台的景觀房，打開窗戶就能看到河對岸的教堂，景觀真的一級棒！酒店地理位置好，距離奢侈品街，鳳凰哥劇院大概十多分鐘步行，距離聖馬可教堂大概15分鐘，酒店早餐很精緻，但與意大利所有高級酒店一樣，食物種類非常少

酒店地理位置絕佳，salute站絕對是初入威尼斯不二選擇，可鬧可靜，酒店邊上就是聖母安息堂,運河對岸就是聖馬可廣場，一站船運方便的不得了，去機場也可聖馬可上船直達，還有最重要一點搬運行李衹要翻越一座沒幾個台階的小橋。酒店設計感很新，雖然衹預定了乞丐房，窗外看不到運河，但是麪積不小，早餐可以坐在窗邊吃，一樣欣賞，就是早餐一般，客房的吹風機不錯，滿滑順，有浴缸，淋浴房，就是台盆淺，水容易濺。 當時Booking已滿房，攜程7月初預訂到還是很開心，雖然價格真不便宜，但是停留24小時入住后覺得還是值的，但是果不其然辦理入住時候酒店告知收到預定信息，但是酒店沒有給供應商確定回復，如果滿房就hehe,這算什麼操作？入住前兩天款項也都扣款成功，雖然有驚無險，而且回國落地入住當天收到超售讓我聯繫攜程的信息，這…，無語了

Starting with a private boat ride to the hotel is a great way to get there. The location is close to the iconic rialto bridge. When you get in you get a quick explanation of the history and background of the building and it's (former) owners. It has limited number of rooms that are fully equipped and modern by every standard, super quiet airco/heater, high end tv with apple tv, free bar in room, etc. All of which you would expect for the price tag. The location is perfect and if you don't know it and want to reach it by walking, good luck in finding the entrance! Unfortunately the wellness was closed due to Covid. The staff is very helpful and attentive in general. The breakfast was great, you ask what you want and they serve it. The view from the breakfast room was amazing, the chairs for a 5 foot 6 inch (197 cm) are a little challenge, it is like sitting in an old 911! We tried to get lunch and after an initial glitch were able to get the dinner menu. We also tried dinner and were taking the recommendation of the chef, which was the only point we weren't impressed about. Overall i have to say it is worth a short stay to explore the town, and also enjoy this magical place!

這是我們第一次到威尼斯。酒店位置很好，很安靜，到威尼斯很多地方很方便。房間很漂亮，很乾凈，大小很合適。床也很大。淋浴的彩燈和金色的洗手池也是獨特之處。自助早餐選擇很多，包括香檳。員工很能幹，有禮貌，樂於助人。

Having got the shuttle bus from the airport to the bus station, it was only a 10 minute walk to the hotel. We had a corner room overlooking a canal with lovely big windows on both sides of the room. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was also very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and although I was a bit concerned about breakfast, with being coeliac, I needn't have worried as they provided gluten free cereal and bread and soya milk if you are lactose free. After long days walking all around Venice, it was lovely to get back to the hotel and find a quiet and peaceful little haven away from the bustling streets. Be aware though, it is a good 15 mins to reach the main part of Venice and about 30 mins to get to St .Marks Square. However, the local water buses are very frequent and with a day pass you can travel all over Venice. We really enjoyed the walking though, and loved going down narrow streets and crossing all the numerous bridges, stopping for coffee frequently. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

酒店到威尼斯主要景點很方便，走路即可到達，但威尼斯的交通較貴，從火車站到酒店衹能坐水上Bus，單程7·5歐元，去機場要85歐。酒店本身條件不錯，早餐豐富，可惜我們第二天要趕飛機，餐廳給準備的早餐盒就很一般了。

I was reading through the reviews and I see that the owner will most likely respond to this review since it is one star. I still want to share my opinion in the most respectful and professional way I can. The rooms in the summer are hot. I was told that they will not move the temperature for the full building any bellow 26C. The solution was to open the window, but being a sensitive allergy person I was worried about all the bug bites. In addition security concerns are a valid point for not opening the window all night as well. The beds are ok, you get what you pay for, but I would suggest bringing your own pillow. The shower is good and the rooms are clean. It would be a higher rating if I was able to sleep in a very hot room.
