Al Sotoportego飯店(Hotel Al Sotoportego)

A localização do hotel é muito boa! Conseguimos fazer tudo em Roma a pé! O quarto é amplo e o aquecedor atende bem. A equipe apesar de ter horário reduzido no hotel, demonstrou atenção, inclusive com o fornecimento de cortesias no quarto. Apenas o acesso é um pouco complicado para que tem muita bagagem, tendo em vista as escadas de acesso. Mas possui um bom custo benefício.

Ontzettend leuk hotel. Afwerking mooi en sfeer erg goed. Ideaal gelegen in de buurt van de Rialto brug. De gastheren waren super vriendelijk, leuk en erg behulpzaam, mede daardoor op een nieuwe manier Venetië mogen leren kennen. Veel leuke tips gekregen. Ook orima geregeld met toegang (sleutel) wanneer receptie niet bemand is. Kamer super schoon en mooi ingericht. Champagne gekregen bij aankomst en op de 2e dag een Italiaanse cake. Weet eigenlijk niet of dit standaard was of dat het te maken had dat wij er met oud & nieuw verbleven. Zouden hier zeker weer verblijven als we weer in Venetie zijn. Venetie zelf is in de winter erg leuk om te bezoeken om struinend door de straatjes door te brengen. Ook in de winter is het erg druk! Bezoek tijdens oud & nieuw? Zeker een keer doen!

Hotel ottimo in posizione strategica, pulito ed accogliente dove torneremo al più presto. Personale attento, cordiale ed estremamente disponibile. Struttura perfetta per un soggiorno a Venezia.

My boyfriend & I very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We got clear instructions on how to get there from the train stop, clean & comfortable,working ac, we would definitely stay again if back in Venice! Not sure why people complained about stairs theres not very many to get to the hotel (same as a house) great place! & we were walking distance of all the shops & st. Marks square :-)

The area is beautiful, but not very convenient. The walk is longer than instructions indicated. Of course, this is a problem for much of Venice. So this could be forgiven if the room had been nicer (long staircase at the entrance was tough with luggage, there was no natural light in the room, and the bathroom was tiny). On the positive side, the staff was fantastic. Overall, not great, but pretty good, and I’d consider staying there again.

This place was magical. Short walk from the airport water taxi and even shorter to the actv local water taxis that run throughout the city similar to a bus. We had a beautiful view of the canal and the room was decorated as if it was original, but had all of the necessary modern updates. The mattress was comfy enough and the ceilings were grand. Toilet and bidet were modern. Shower was a little small, but plenty of space for a typical person. The staff was beyond helpful in recommending food/drinks and even provided recommendations on walk routes based upon our trip duration. I CANNOT express enough how kind the host was. His energy and love for the guests really made the experience so much better. I even asked him for a favor way beyond that of his responsibilities and he accepted with sincere kindness. It was certainly a moderate inconvenience for him and likely took time from his personal life, but he made it seem like he was genuinely happy to assist. Absolutely 5/5 experience and I will stay here again on a future visit. Thank you Tiziani and Hotel Al Sotoportego for the wonderful experience!

hyggeligt værelse i et centralt beliggende hotel, som godt nok var lidt lydt, men stille om natten. vi blev rigtig godt modtaget og fik en masse tips til turen rundt

The property is very clean! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Especially Mr. Tiziavo, he is extremely friendly and helpful with his great knowledge of the area and the willingness to provide help! Definitely will come back to Hotel Al Sotoportego next time visiting Venice!

The location is fantastic as you can easily reach all areas and has great local amenities. The hotel is simple and great value, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. It’s super easy to arrive or leave late as well as leave your luggage to enjoy your last day. Highly recommended
