聖洛倫索廣場飯店(Palazzo San Lorenzo)

Belle chambre. Dommage que celle-ci était communiquant avec une autre. La première nuit était très bruyante.

Struttura bellissima, internamente molto moderna, ma con le tappezzerie in stile antico ti da un fascino unico, che poi è proprio tipico di Venezia. Ubicazione super in quanto a 3 minuti a piedi da piazza S. Marco. A piedi si arriva in stazione o piazzale Roma in 20 minuti, col vaporetto ne abbiamo impiegati 20 (piazzale Roma E - San Zaccaria linea 4.1 o 2). Personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente, colazione continentale buona e comunque sempre pronti a soddisfare ciò che chiedi. Siamo stati benissimo. Camera bella e confortevole, letto molto buono e solido, bagno non fenestrato ma con un ottima ventilazione. Doccia molto grande.. comoda per 3.. molto apprezzata! :) Se si dovesse tornare a Venezia, sicuramente tornerei qui.. senza alcun dubbio!

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel all'ultimo, dopo una brutta esperienza in un'altra struttura ricettiva di Venezia in zona stazione Santa Lucia. Nonostante l'ora tarda siamo stati accolti venerdì sera da un personale molto cortese e disponibile che si è dimostrato tale per tutti i tre giorni del nostro soggiorno. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata aveva delle grandi travi al soffitto, pareti decorate con la tappezzeria tipica di Venezia e un letto che considererei uno dei più comodi di tutti i nostri ultimi viaggi. Biancheria per il letto e per il bagno immacolati e bianchissimi, considerazione a dir poco importante perché non scontata. Si tratta di un 4 stelle dove ci siamo sentiti davvero Coccolati e seguiti In più la struttura ha organizzato per il giorno successivo una gita in barca taxi che ci ha fatto percorrere per circa 50 minuti sia la parte più conosciuta di Venezia che quella meno. Sarebbe stata fantastica se non ci fosse stata la nebbia ma considero comunque l'esperienza meravigliosa, Infatti ho il mio compagno la prossima volta che torneremo a Venezia sicuramente la rifaremo. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura ricettiva sia per l'ambiente, sia per la posizione strategica di fianco al Ponte del Diavolo, sia per l'immensa disponibilità di tutto lo staff che ringrazio per averci fatto trascorrere 48 ore stupende.

Superbe accueil dans cet hôtel très bien situé ! Les chambres sont très propres et le petit déjeuner est excellent ! Toute l’équipe est très attentive et parle plusieurs langues ce qui rend le séjour très confortable et agréable ! Merci pour votre professionnalisme.

Gran hotel con gran localización. A 30 minutos caminando de la estación de Santa Lucía y a 5 minutos de la Marcos. Personal muy amable, desayuno completo y la habitación, espectacular. Muy espaciosa, el baño completamente nuevo y la cama muy cómoda. Una gran experiencia y con opción de contratar actividades por la ciudad directamente en el hotel a buen precio. Muy recomendable.

Excelente hotel. Atendentes muito bons, gentis e eficientes. Tive problemas com minha reserva e a empresa de turismo que tinha cancelado minha estadia (Hurb), mas o hotel e os funcionários me ajudaram muito e me ofereceram mais do que eu tinha, com preço justo!!!! Estava com a familia e foi uma situação estressante. Mas foram SENSACIONAIS comigo. Só tenho a elogiar o estafe. Lugar limpo, confortável e num lugar muito charmoso. Quarto ótimo (térreo). Sai na rua e tem um canal lindo, com gôndolas e restaurantes bons. Café da manhã muito bom. Muito perto da piazza San Marco (200m), por alamedas e canais muito charmosos. O MELHOR PESSOAL que já peguei, pelo esforço em me ajudar e pela gentileza!! Ainda falam português!!! Podem comprar a estadia em Veneza no Palazzo San Lorenzo sem medo !!! Ótimo .

Our experience of the hotel is a little mixed. The location of this hotel is perfect. It’s a short walk to St Marks Square and there are lots of lovely restaurants and little bars nearby. On arrival at the hotel the receptionist asked if it was our first time in Venice. My husband told her we were visiting for our honeymoon. We were a little taken aback that she did not acknowledge this at all - not even to offer congratulations. We did not expect anything other than that. That said she was very helpful showing us locations on the map and explaining various excursions. Our room was quite small. It just had a rail for clothes which is fine but there was no storage at all for smaller items such as underwear or toiletries. The bathroom was light and modern with a lovely shower. The biggest issue we had was that the walls were so thin. We did wonder if this was because we were given a room that was connected to the next door. This meant little or no sleep as the people next to us were up all night chatting and banging doors. I do appreciate we could have asked the hotel to move us but it’s just too much hassle packing everything up. All the staff are friendly and acknowledge you when you enter and leave the hotel. The lady with blonde hair who greets you in the breakfast room is really friendly. Breakfast is buffet style with pastries, fresh fruit, cereal and some hot food. Toast would be a nice addition. Overall it’s good value for money but I don’t think we would stay here again sadly due to the lack of sleep caused by the thin walls.

We stayed here while on a short visit to Venice and absolutely loved it. Picked partly because it has air conditioning (many Venetian hotels don’t). Staff couldn’t have been more helpful including recommending trips and excellent restaurants. We will definitely come back
