Starting with a private boat ride to the hotel is a great way to get there. The location is close to the iconic rialto bridge. When you get in you get a quick explanation of the history and background of the building and it's (former) owners. It has limited number of rooms that are fully equipped and modern by every standard, super quiet airco/heater, high end tv with apple tv, free bar in room, etc. All of which you would expect for the price tag. The location is perfect and if you don't know it and want to reach it by walking, good luck in finding the entrance! Unfortunately the wellness was closed due to Covid. The staff is very helpful and attentive in general. The breakfast was great, you ask what you want and they serve it. The view from the breakfast room was amazing, the chairs for a 5 foot 6 inch (197 cm) are a little challenge, it is like sitting in an old 911! We tried to get lunch and after an initial glitch were able to get the dinner menu. We also tried dinner and were taking the recommendation of the chef, which was the only point we weren't impressed about. Overall i have to say it is worth a short stay to explore the town, and also enjoy this magical place!

各方面都不錯，地理位置相當好，門口就有船可以出去，而且住在比較安靜的地方，晚上不會特別吵。這次唯一美中不足的地方就是客房安排在了一層，吧台旁邊的房間，有點奇怪，不過總體不錯！而且酒店的餐廳是米其林推薦！很棒

Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights. Very good service, fast checkin and even a tour throughout the apartment and we were amazed by how nice and big it was! Everything worked perfect and was so neat and clean. To not even to begin about the beds. So big and slept so well. The location is perfect as you are within a 10 minutes radius, in the city were you can find a lot of restaurants and places to take a gondola (definitely recommend) but also only 8 minutes walk to supermarkets and the San Marco (Piazza) were they have great stores and architecture. Definitely a 10/10 !! Thanks team Palazzo dei Fiori for making our stay an unforgettable one :) ＜3

火車站坐出租車（船）衹要5分鐘就抵達酒店碼頭，而公共碼頭也就在酒店門口，非常方便。這次的房間分到了頂樓帶露台的，據說是唯一一個，簡直是無與倫比的風景和享受，以前也來過威尼斯，但從沒想到可以這樣欣賞這個美麗城市的天際線。真希望下次來還能住到這個房間。酒店早餐廳也把我震驚到了，走上宏偉的樓梯穿過華麗的大廳，立刻讓人聯想到幾百年前那些整天在這裏宴請賓客的侯爵和夫人小姐們。相比環境早餐本身有些遜色，不過無所謂了，好吃的東西哪裡都有，這種環境可是不可多得。晚餐也全部在酒店享用，價格不貴，且味道比外麪的飯店好的多，我想在威尼斯找到一個尚可的餐廳可不是容易事，與其浪費時間還是推薦酒店用餐。

這是我們第一次到威尼斯。酒店位置很好，很安靜，到威尼斯很多地方很方便。房間很漂亮，很乾凈，大小很合適。床也很大。淋浴的彩燈和金色的洗手池也是獨特之處。自助早餐選擇很多，包括香檳。員工很能幹，有禮貌，樂於助人。

B&B posto in uno dei tanti vicoletti di Venezia non lontano da Campo San Polo. Appena varcata la porta vi attenderà una scala abbastanza ripida la quale vi porterà al piano superiore. Non esiste una vera propria reception bensì un corridoio piccolissimo con un computer. Abbiamo pernottato per due notti la camera non è di dimensioni generose e il bagno non è finestrato. Purtroppo la moquette la fa da padrone e ritengo che sia poco igienica. Una presa accanto al letto non poteva essere utilizzata e coperta con del nastro adesivo. Diciamo che le foto pubblicate sul sito sono “ottimistiche”. La sala per la colazione è al terzo piano e troverete una ragazza che vi accogliere in modo garbato e vi chiederà se volete qualcosa di particolare, che verrà preparato nel cucinino a vista. Entrambe le mattine le brioches erano bruciate. Disponibilità di qualcosa di salato. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Partendo nel pomeriggio abbiamo deciso di lasciare le valige in loco al momento di ritirarle abbiamo chiesto la disponibilità della toilette per dei bisogni fisiologici. Ebbene non esiste un toilette che non sia in una camera pertanto abbiamo dovuto optare per un bar.

Do not book room in this „hotel”! I booked it for three nights and we spent only one the worst night ever in our lives! During first hour in this „hotel” we discovered that it’s literally full of bedbugs, little red bugs where everywhere - on walls, in the bed, on the floor. When we report it to the reception, they said „it’s just a spring time, don’t worry, my house is full of these insects too”. Seriously? They were not interested in helping us! We realized that this is just the beginning. Bed was in terrible condition, full of strange holes that they tried to hide, but without any success. Even walls were in very bad condition. Anyway, we’re not even able to charge our phones near the bed - there were no electricity! Air condition was a joke, we were forced to open window at night, it was so loud that we’re not able to sleep. I literally slept in the bathroom, I mean I just tried to sleep, but in fact I just killed these red bugs every 10 minutes. It was a nightmare. We changed this hotel in the morning and it was the best desicion ever. Guys, trust me - do not book this hotel. It’s just a mess.

很喜歡酒店的位置，距離火車站900米，下了火車10幾分鐘走路就到了。附近有幾條很不錯的小街，可以逛逛，距離一個大學咫尺的距離，和展有維瓦爾第小提琴的San Vidal也很近，晚上9點去聽“四季”是我們旅行的亮點。 早餐中規中矩，挺全的。 酒店外部裝修不錯，非常喜歡酒店的庭院，安靜有品味，夜裡坐在庭院當中很愜意。 我們的房間不算大，嶄新的裝修，不過太晃眼太現代，到處亮晶晶。衛生間，洗澡間都是玻璃門，裏面幹什麼外邊看的一清二楚。倒是適合夫妻情趣。 前台態度還好，但給人銷售氣息太重，服務態度不足。 入住的時候竭力推薦一家餐廳，結果跑斷了腿找到一個犄角旮旯的，還等了很久才開門，而飯菜並非我們所期待的。後來一查，原來是Gluten-free的特色餐廳。

很棒的價格和位置。友好而樂於助人的業主和工作人員。迷人的氛圍 - 如果稍微褪色😀 我們收到了很多關於在哪裏吃,喝等的很棒的建議。隔壁的海豚餐廳很友好,也很棒(他們也做外賣)。房間很乾淨,但需要一點TLC。例如空調工作,但遠程手機有點喜怒無常,一些電視頻道有點粗略,淋浴花了一些時間跑暖。但我們討厭住在沒有性格的原始品牌酒店。我們會爲它的員工和古怪而懷念這一點。
