Very Neat and comfortable rooms & service. Good place to stay. Good restaurant, the only problem with the restaurant is mot much south Indian dishes, but morning complementary breakfast is good with all the required south Indian tiffin items.

The restaurant will surprise you with so many varieties that one hasn't heard of. All preparations are perfect. Stay is as comfortable as you can expect. Bed and pillows will entice you to a good night's sleep

Me and my family stayed at Ranglaya Royal with a lot of expectations from 26th March to 3rd April 2024. We were 3 people and they have charged the room for 3 individuals. Despite of that we were provided with only 2 bottles of water. Even after several times of reminding them we were provided with just 2 bottles of water. Then on 1st April I received a call from one of the staffs that they have increased the charge for the room from 1st April. And there were no prior information about this even though I had booked the room from 26th March till 12th April. After we checked out I received a call from them saying I have not paid for a water bottle of ₹30. I told them that even though they charged the room for 3 persons I was provided with only 2 bottles of water despite reminding them daily. I paid the ₹30 and left from there.......

Room size - good, location - excellent, restaurant - very good, food taste - great, service - very good, staff behavior - excellent. We just enjoyed our stay in rangalaya royal and if we are in vellore we will stay here only. The restaurant and it's staff were excellent.

The Hotel is at a reasonable distance to VIT, where I had to go for admission of my son. The hospitality, cleanliness, and facilities were up to the mark. The Restaurant is awesome serving some good delicacies. The courteous behaviour of all the staff members were really outstanding. Smiling faces all over the Hotel, always at their toe to help. Special mention for Ms Rupa, who helped me a lot to manage my booking at a time, when there was really rush for the VIT admission process. I will definitely visit this property, when I visit again at Vellore, and definitely would recommend everyone who comes here.

Always enjoyed my stay because of the location, ambience, well maintained rooms, quality of food and service provided by staff of all departments. Restaurant has been re-designed (renovated) and looks great. Variety South Indian, North Indian and Continental items available provided in Complimentary breakfast. Mr. Johnson (Captain), Mr. Surya (Executive) and Mr. Ankit Mandal were courteous and friendly in taking care of guests.

Great location, very nice & courteous staff. Rooms were neat & clean. Restaurant was renovated and looked very nice. Breakfast spread & quality was very nice
