V...旅館(Boutique V Hotel)

El hotel es céntrico, inmejorable. Muy limpio y conn un personal super atento y amable. Da gusto. La habitación fantástica. Contaba con un altillo que no usamos (algo incómodo por la altura del techo arriba) pero la habitación es completas, limpia y muy agradable. Si vas acuérdate PEDIR UNA CON BUENAS VISTAS. La nuestra daba al callejón, pero en todo caso era muy tranquila. La terraza tiene un pequeño bar al que fuimos por la noche. Muy bien. El desayuno completo y variado. Fantástico. Si hay algo que decir es el precio. Económico no es. Pero es una opción segura y buenísima. Por cierto... ni se te ocurra intentar llegar con el coche. Para nosotros: FANTASTICO

Animados por las buenas opiniones de los supuestos clientes de este hotel y las fotos de la página, reservamos la suite superior con terraza de este hotel. El precio era muy alto pero creímos que merecería la pena. Al llegar, descubrimos que ni las dimensiones ni las características de la habitación tenían nada que ver con lo publicitado. La cama estaba encajada entre dos paredes desconchadas , el baño diminuto y sin privacidad, pésimo aislamiento. Parecía un ático sin cédula de habitabilidad. Incómodo y poco acogedor. Hotel de cuatro estrellas que nos hicieron pagar por adelantado. Al pedir explicaciones sobre la falta de similitud con las fotos de la página, nos dijeron que era lo único que había y como compensación, nos dieron unas galletas. Yo pagué otro hotel (además de este) porque no estaba dispuesta a arruinar mis vacaciones. Y me fui a un hotel más barato de dos estrellas que le daba mil vueltas a este que se anuncia como algo lujoso. Error garrafal que no se repetirá.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Perfect for this town. Great buffet selection. However, some of the room and Hotel descriptions were inaccurate. Specifically, no private bathroom (the bath and toilet are no located in a separate room and there was no swimming pool.

Wonderful Architecture. Comfortable room with large bathing tubs. Welcoming and attentive staff. I would always return to this hotel. Highly recommend it.

· Firstly the hotel lacks atmosphere light and decor but these have nothing to do with the fact the hotel is built on levels on elevated terrain and it is centuries old building.It is quite a sombre place with very poor lighting and exudes negative energy - positive energy comes from the top end of management and is obviously lacking this There is no leadership and you basically have three receptionists who do everything.There is a non Spanish manager who oversees the property for a Miami based owner but the brief moment we saw her on our first day when she seemed detached form her surroundings and unengaging on our she was not to be seen in hands on way.The receptionists had to prepare the pultry breakfasts as well and apart from cleaning staff there was no porter with many steps to negotiate As the hotel is inaccessible by taxi there is a walk on cobbled stones with suitcases.We were offered a free taxi from the parking so did not expect to have to pay directly the taxi driver and then not get reimbursed from our deposit or paid in cash The terraced roof has a panoramic view of countryside but not the ocean and is very exposed to the winds We were offered an upgrade but realised it was because our room booked months before had an extended stay.We refused as it was ground floor poorly lit with the bed in a recess with no space .The room we were given was outside the main building was poorly lit with totally impractical furniture no coffeee machine or safe and poor quality toiletries In addition if you want a massage they charge an outrageous €105 and you have to negotiate 40 steps up and down in what was a well to an unventilated enclosed dark cave space.This place is not for the physically challenged The last night we were there I just checked their room prices and they wanted a non refundable €350 without breakfast for an exclusive deluxe double room with balcony - outrageous We paid over €200 without breakfast.There are far better places to stay

Totally recommend it!

El hotel no cuenta con personal durante la noche. Cuando llegas te muestran un pequeño salón con una nevera y cafetera y te indican que es autoservicio durante la ausencia del personal. Nos tomamos dos cafés y dos cervezas y nos cobraron 40 euros! Un auténtico robo! Durante nuestra estadía no funcionaban algunas de las instalaciones del piso de la terraza (nos avisaron una vez reservado). En fin, un hotel bonito, la cama cómoda, buen desayuno, pero demasiado alta la relación calidad precio.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die zentrale Lage im Ort, das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal und der Großartige Blick von der Terrasse in die Landschaft und das Tal. Negativ anzumerken sind der absolut durchschnittliche Standard des Zimmers, laute Geräusche einer technischen Pumpe 24 Stunden rund um die Uhr, insbesondere auch abends, die vollkommen überhöhten Preise im Selbstbedienungsbereich (Getränke jeder Art) und das Fehlen einer Kaffeemaschine. Weiterhin ist das WLAN so eingestellt, dass man von einem Laptop keinen Zugang in ein gesichertes Netz erlangen kann und somit keinen Zugang ins Internet bekommt. Dieses Problem konnte vier Tage lang nicht behoben werden. Für alle, die darauf angewiesen sind, nicht am Handy oder iPad, sondern an ihrem Computer zu arbeiten, ein riesiges Handikap. Bei einem Tagespreis von 260 € Stimmen Preis und Leistung in keiner Weise.

Ficamos apenas uma noite neste hotel maravilhoso, mas já foi o suficiente para sentir todo o aconchego do lugar. A vista do rooftop é linda, minha esposa e eu passamos horas agradáveis ali, degustamos um bom vinho e curtimos a vista
