Staff very friendly clean and well maintained nice place to stay

The staff especially at check in where friendly and helpful with our questions. The property and room was clean and comfortable. The appliances worked and where clean. The bed and pillows was comfortable. The bathroom and shower where clean and everything worked. I would have liked the water pressure to be stronger but I think it's a water saving issue.

The secretary was really beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, it is situated away from the loud part of downtown Toronto and for a great price. I had the best sleep at this facility. My only regret, is that I never stayed at this place soon. My only zonk would be if they could service the rooms daily regardless of when someone checks in because some of us like to shower twice a day and I needed fresh towels the next day and I ended up asking for some downstairs directly and they happily helped me with that. I appreciate that. Also, the toilet paper was really low. I know we're all about using and not wasting, but there should have been an extra roll if the last 2 rolls are down to their last 30 squares.

My stay at the Four Points Sheraton Vaughn was very pleasant. The room was large and comfortable. I liked that there was a restaurant and bar in the hotel. The breakfast staff were very attentive. The only item I forgot at home was a toothbrush and the receptionist provided me a temporary replacement free of charge. I will be staying here again when I’m in the area.

The only complaint would be the iron board and iron didn’t work. The iron board wouldn’t stay open. The iron didn’t steam properly! It didn’t iron the way it suppose to work. I didn’t have enough time to call the front desk to get a replacement on the iron or ironing board.

******* oversold the hotel - we got there and there were no rooms. It is a very sad things esp given that we got a confirmation from *******. We got to the hotel after midnight and after a long day of cancelled flights, and Al we were looking forward to was a good night’s sleep. Well that too was apparently too much to ask for - very disappointed tbh.

McDonald’s & Tim Hortons are within walking distance, they also have a restaurant downstairs. They provide you with plenty of towels unlike other hotels. They fitness gym is really nice

It was a 2 day stay. The location is good and accessible to McDonalds and Tim Hortons at walkable distance along with gas station. Room is good, friendly staff and dining option in hotel available for breakfast and dinner.
