Disappointing experience I have the general manager on camera around midnight refusing to check myself and my disabled family members including my elderly Mom in a wheelchair in .
******* booked us a room that the Sheraton did not have available. And when I said I was going to complain about this the general manager said he was not going to check us in since I was going to complain.
He said since you wanna complain, I’m not checking, y’all in.He demanded I call ******* to ask for my money back and complain against them.
He later did fix the poor and disappointing services/ reception and provided us with the type of room we had booked on ******* and a little welcome bag the Sheraton hotel provides.He did say that the fault was with ******* for letting us book and pay them for a room that they did not have available and told me I should complain to *******. But the initial interaction was with the face of the Sheraton & the initial reception was very disappointing and we were refused to check in / a stay at the hotel . And although he did attempt to fix things afterwards it doesn’t take away the first reception and refusal of service we received .
The other front desk team members were friendly and professional, The hotel self is nicely decorated and close to the airport. I personally would not stay there again , nor would I recommend it to people with special needs,
