里士滿機場喜來登飯店(Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel)

Disappointing experience I have the general manager on camera around midnight refusing to check myself and my disabled family members including my elderly Mom in a wheelchair in . ******* booked us a room that the Sheraton did not have available. And when I said I was going to complain about this the general manager said he was not going to check us in since I was going to complain. He said since you wanna complain, I’m not checking, y’all in.He demanded I call ******* to ask for my money back and complain against them. He later did fix the poor and disappointing services/ reception and provided us with the type of room we had booked on ******* and a little welcome bag the Sheraton hotel provides.He did say that the fault was with ******* for letting us book and pay them for a room that they did not have available and told me I should complain to *******. But the initial interaction was with the face of the Sheraton & the initial reception was very disappointing and we were refused to check in / a stay at the hotel . And although he did attempt to fix things afterwards it doesn’t take away the first reception and refusal of service we received . The other front desk team members were friendly and professional, The hotel self is nicely decorated and close to the airport. I personally would not stay there again , nor would I recommend it to people with special needs, Based on the initial reception/ treatment we received.

the hotel is conveniently located to airport with rooms and common areas updated with a friendly and efficient check-in staff. The biggest disappoint was in the food quality of the restaurant. Nice variety of options on menu, but the quality of food was average at best.

We stayed here while visiting my son at Fort Lee. It was close to the airport and we had the best time. Every single person at the Sheraton from the staff inside to the shuttle drivers were truly amazing and so welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing was our AC was very loud every time it came on

Nice shower, friendly staff, free shuttle to and from airport. The only bad was there were red stains on blankets where they were tucked in and crumbs on mattress under sheet. Bug treatment in a couple places. Had hard time sleeping afraid of bed bugs and other bugs.

Property was pleasant. The guy at check in (can’t remember his name) could have been a little more friendly

Great place to stay if you’re flying out of Richmond Airport. Room was clean and quite, staff was extremely helpful and nice.

The staff was very pleasant - beds were comfortable - the only bummer was the hot tub was empty.

Very clean and convenient. Front desk manager this am was very helpful. I’d stay again.

It was an absolutely beautiful Hotel! So convenient to the airport!! Staff was wonderful!!
