Bad: Personnel/Staff Started at check in...the person who checked me in wasn't Professional, Welcoming or Happy !!! No Nice to see you welcome to the Hotel....Just give me your card and fill out this form!
Bartender: Walter.....wasnt very attentive to my needs....At first I was the first person sitting there...ordered my drink then he tossed an Menu and asked if I woud like to order anything I said maybe later..
After that interaction he spend the remainder of his time fooling around on his phone not asking how my day was, where I was traveling to you know... basic 101 Bartender talk ...I ordered another drink and a second patron arrived ordered a drink and order 6 wings & fries......approx an 1/2 HOUR later the food arrived.....now mind you there were zero people dining in the restaraunt surely didnt take that long to russle up some wings and fries.....I asked the patron how they were ...he simply stated he had better !!
Had another drink cashed out....no thanks , see you later or have a good evening!
UGLY; Shortly after checking in and arriving in my room I searched for a Hotel Welcome book .....with pertinent info , Phone numbers, Restaruants ect.. in the area....you know.....so I walked back down to the front desk and ask
