The hotel is amazing, the rooms are very comfortable and the food is delicious. Ankit was in-charge of serving us in the restaurant and he was always paying attention to our needs in a very nice way. This hotel is a 100% great option if you are staying in varanasi!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Good hotel at this budget. The rooms are very spacious with all required amenities. The staff is very polite and the food at the restaurant is amazing. Located at shivpuri bypass, this hotel is easily accessible from the airport. 10/10 to the property.

First i waited long for check in. They provided me room where fan was not working neither do ac. Again i waited for 30 minutes to a get new room. Once i ordered tea, they gave me empty kettle and cup, later they gave me tea. I felt deceived, insulted. Ac was turned off again and again. All night i woke up, due to heat and humid.

The rooms are smelly and the service is pathetic. The only good thing is the service boy. Who manages all. The owner is not interested in talking also.
