Très bien, chambre climatisée, belle luminosité avec grandes fenêtres, spacieux. Chambre et salle de bain propre. Entrée agréable. Déjeuner en buffet avec du choix et délicieux. Attention à l’odeur de l’ascenseur et des escaliers qui sentent fort l’humidité et à l’insistance des bagagistes/hommes de chambres

The room was very small. Could not accommodate 3 person as booked. The service provided was very bad. I had to make at least 6 phone calls and 4 personal visits to reception to start the tv. We had to wait for 2 hours to get food at 10:30 pm. The food quality was not good. Only good thing was the location of hotel was 200 mt from ghat.

The air conditioners were again put off by the hotel staff. The behaviour of the hotel staff was very rude. I urge you to take this up very seriously with the hotel and we are not at all happy with the experience at this hotel in varanasi.

I was very much disappointed with the maintenance of the hotel. There were small cockroaches roaming all around in the room as well as on the bed.
