大蓮花飯店(Hotel le Lotus Grand)

Nice place to stay in the bustling city of Varanasi, hotel is clean and all necessary amenities provide an excellent place to take a rest from the city that is pretty crazy. It is about four kilometers from the river Ganges. Breakfast is fine but not very extended, meals for dinner were good price wise. The only issue we had was the way too loud noise of the air ventilation in the shower that took a lot of drama before it was turned off, a request that I had to repeat three out of four nights. Overall I would recommend this place though, it's professional and decent and an oasis compared to what you'll encounter once you get onto the streets.

We had 1 night stay but the hotel property is very Well maintained and rooms were clean and recommend to other ladies also travelling to Varanasi. Location is little far from temple etc. food was also nice with lot of variety Overall experience is good

A quiet and comfortable hotel tucked in one of the busy main roads of Benaras. The hotel has a good location with multiple choices of public travel (Uber, Ola, local autos and e-rickshaws) to reach the temples, ghats and local shopping areas. The hotel has an elegant aura that makes you feel immediately welcomed with neat and spacious rooms. The staff are very efficient and polite and forthcoming to share local details when asked. Amongst the best things that will take me back again to the hotel on my next visit are the hotel's respect for guest's privacy and the excellent food at their restaurant.

Wonderful staffs .and food was delicious. Rooms good. Dragon roll a good starter. Very good survive.and staff polite . Indian food good. Tandoori platters veg and nonveg good quantity. And testy.bye

ClearTrip have not supported me in getting a refund for Le Lotus Grand that I didn't stay in, which was booked through them. I had two nights booked from 9th - 11t October with my mum. When we arrived at the Le Lotus Grand in Varanasi, I checked in and gave them our passports as they take copies for security. We were then shown to our room which was not what the reviews or photos described. There was terrible damp in the bathroom as well as in the walls and ceiling of the bedroom. The curtains were filthy too and we did not feel comfortable staying in the hotel. I spoke to the hotel ***ager and requested a refund to check out. He said that I had to deal with ClearTrip because I had made the booking with them and he was unable to authorise anything. We checked out of the hotel and I emailed ClearTrip on 9th October with the details and explained the reason for leaving. As we did not use the hotel, I asked for more details about their refund policy. 6 days later, I got a reply saying they couldn't give me a refund because it was a past booking. This wasn't true - I had emailed them on the day of check in to explain everything and their customer service was so appalling. They said that the hotel had said we were a no show which was a lie. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided both by the hotel and by ClearTrip who have offered not support at all. I can't afford to lose the money for two nights in a hotel that we didn't stay in.

Hotel le Lotus grand is very nice hotel staff are so corporative and behaviour very peaceful and Hotel receptionist are spoke very well ***ner and food are so testy and Hotel is very clean and well mainten

Great Hotel Great GM and receptionist Happy stay rooms are clean and main door well work neat and clean Lift and resturant also there and test food and breakfast multiple type of food all staff are behave well

This Hotel is one of the best experience for foreigners and outsiders. Breakfast Food with enough varieties , Cleaning Services, Staff all are very good . I would recommend this Hotel to ones who are coming first time to the city to have darshan or spending some time with family in this beautiful city :).

Good rooms and ambience.. courteous staff food was also nice and well served a good thing is located near to Banaras railway station.. other destinations are nearby ..an overall good experience with comfortable stay
