The hotel was under renovation so we faced a little noisy ambience. Staffs were well mannered. Location is good.

The rooms and bed were not clean. The bedsheet and blanket were dirty. The condition of the bathroom was also not good.

Rooms were very different from what had been shown to me. They charged me extra for double bed. Rooms were not clean and unmaintained. Bathrooms were not clean. Receptionist was rude and they try to patronise you to take their auto/toto drivers. Not once in my three nights stay they cleaned the room or the bathroom. Rooms were damp and hardly had any internet/call connection. We had to change rooms as the previous room allotted to us had no windows or exhaust. Overall very poor experience. Only good thing is the behaviour of the kitchen staffs and they prepared fresh food.

Good stay, good hotel, hk have to go better. Good food, ideal location. Beded to improve more. Overall good

The hotel has nothing INTERNATIONAL about it. Location- it's far from the ghats, markets, main centres. You will end up paying 200-300 per trip to the ghats. Food- we didn't try. Had only tea and that too was pathetic. Amenities- no hot water available in peak winters. On asking, they said you need to tell us in advance that you want hot water. Rooms- smelly, small, ok Bathroom- no shelves to keep your toiletries. No hot water. Very dirty mirror. Tarriff- we paid 2200/- per room which was a complete waste and unreasonable given the amenities and treatment they provided. Overall- very poor, very bad, very unreasonably expensive. Plz don't go there. There are many near the ghats.

The hotel doesn't have parking. You have to pay rs500/ per day extra for it at other place. Room service too slow. C. P. Breakfast worst. Far from k. V. Temple and ghats. Every time you visit temple or ghat you have to pay for auto each time. Hotel lobby is good with sufficient lights but the lights in the room was very less. Not at all recommended at the price which i paid. Rs10, 000+ for just two days.

Ok kind of hotel. Rooms are moderate. Location of the Hotel is excellent. When I was there construction work was going on in the Hotel which was very disturbing. In the night you cannot open the window due to excessive traffic noise.

Hotel rooms are good but food management is average. I sugges the hotel manager to improve food management.

Initially we found the room is okay but the common passage outside the room were full of dirty, uncleaned. After complaining, they have taken the action and thereafter we found everything were fine.

The place is situated in the heart of the city and well maintained The property is a budgeted property and ideal for budget traveler’s The staff are courteous and well behaved Food is made on order and is pure vegetarian Location is ideal Nice place to stay

I am happy to stay here. Food quality is good.

If you want a peaceful experience in banaras, please don't stay in this hotel. There were many bad bad experiences which i can't even elaborate. Just don't book this hotel.

Location is good, and services found good. First time i visited varanashi and first accombdation found good
