Me and my friend booked 2 double bed rooms for each of us, but when we came to this hostel, the recepsionist told us that we only book the bunk beds. We confirmed that we really book the rooms by saw the pics, even the description for double bed. So if the pics and the desc didn't match it's ok, but they matched. And the last one, even we didn't check in and told the recepsionist that we didn't want to check in and wanted to move to another hotel, and the recepsionist apologized to us about that, and realized that was their fault.
But why I still got charged and didn't get any refund? Even this app trip.com didn't help us a lot.
If I could give this hostel 0, I would.
