The property was actually very nice looking, both inside and out. The phone charging jack in the bedside lamp didn't work, which I unfortunately found out too late on my first morning.
The biggest issue was a terrible, strong odor (like rotten food) in my room the entire stay. The odor was not present in the common rooms though. At first I thought it was maybe from cooking in the kitchen down the hall - but it got worse as time went on. I was next door to the bathroom so I worry it may have been from there. It was bad enough that I left early on my checkout day rather than sleeping in as I had planned to do.
I messaged the property through ******* asking for a partial refund as I was unable to spend more than just sleeping time in the room. Their response was to offer a $50 credit. That is a tiny fraction of the amount that I paid. I'm just so disappointed.
