This hotel is located in the middle of downtown area and you will have access to so many things including a wide range of restaurants with wonderful food and shopping centers. However, the area is very loud during the night. It feels that the city doesn’t sleep at all. It is fun and amazing but the calling for prayer around 3:30 am was very loud and annoying. My hotel room was dirty and not as good as it appears on the website. The most disappointing thing was that there was an air conditioning unit but didn’t work. It seems that other rooms also didn’t have air conditioning too.

Rude reception and not working air conditioning just because of electricity cost i asked them to switch on the air conditioning they said because of electricity and saving money they won't switch on it. Absolutely not clean room the pictures are for my first day when i get to the room it's unbelievable for me to see the pillows and used covers for bed

Ağrı zirvemiz sonrası 10 arkadaşla 2 gece konakladığımiz otel.Merkezi bir yerde .Odalar temiz düzenli,yepyeni.Mefrusat,banyo,tuvalet,yatak çok güzel.Personel eğitimli,çok yardimciCok beğendim.Merkezi bir yerde,akşam şehrin dolasmaya çıktım.Karsida bulunan cayocagi buluşma yerimiz olmuş,hayatimizda icmedigimiz kadar çay ictik. yine kalmayı isterim

They somehow misunderstood my booking and sent me rude messages telling me I have to cancel my fully paid non refundable booking. They sorted out their mistake in the end, but it was stressful and they weren't nice about it. The hotel is very centrally located and the parking situation is difficult - street is tiny, busy and takes a lot of caution and some luck to squeeze in and out. Most of the staff were not that polite. Breakfast was very poor. Apart from all that the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and also quiet, once you are past parking and reception it is a nice place.
