A very stylish hotel, which completely met our expectations from its description on this site. Spacious and tastefully decorated rooms with the view on the hills of the city, there is a separate terrace below for those wishing to relax. Very welcoming and efficient reception guys arranged a very smooth check-in for is. There is also a private parking ground nearby (which is an important feature for the hotels located on the hills in this town), but the entry gate perhaps would now allow for the larger vehicles - please check it beforehand. The hotel is generally located upside down (because of the geography of the city) in a way that you are entering the high floor and then descending to the lower floors and there is a staircase leading down the main road (so in case of heavy luggage please ask for the help at the reception).

Reservé vía web (servicio de paxer) y dado que en su información decía que para modificaciones debería contactar directamente al hotel, fue lo que hice, ya que por fuerza mayor no iba a poder llegar la primera noche. En la llamada telefónica (tal como indica paxer en la reserva) me confirman que la reserva queda confirmada para el día siguiente y que debía cancelar al llegar al establecimiento. El día del arribo, me indican que la reserva no la habían modificado, si no que la habían cancelado ya que no se había pagado antes, contraviniendo expresamente lo indicado por la recepción. No hubo solución, ni disculpas, solo se limitaron a decir que "el sistema" canceló reserva. Me quedé sin explicación y con mi familia sin alojamiento, aún cuando yo había cumplido con lo indicado por el hotel. Lamentable la irresponsabilidad y poca seriedad de un hotel como este. No es confiable hacer una reserva o seguir lo que ellos mismos indican, no se recomienda reservar ni alojar con ellos. Demasiado riesgo para una ciudad pequeña, con poca oferta. Un desastre.

Ao chegar havia a impressão de, ser um lugar horrível- a ponto de sequer querer descer as escadas da rua ao hotel, na encosta, da montanha. No entanto, ao chegar encontramos um maravilhoso pequeno hotel, extremamente charmoso, com quartos decorados por, artista famosos e bom gosto em todos os cantos. Quartos, espaçosos, vista muito bonita e a história do edifício muito interessante. Recomendo sem medo de errar

This hotel is beautiful and so quirky every room is decorated by its own artist. It was incredibly comfy and clean. The staff were very friendly and main reception spoke English. The breakfast was on the best while travelling through South America. Thank you so much

Pros: The art & the view from the terrace. Cons: Never slept so bad in my entire life. No AC, dark dirty room (room #12) The breakfast "buffet" is a joke. No one at the reception when we tried to check out, we waited for 15 minutes, rang the clock and doorbell a number of times. We had to go down to the breakfast room to tell them that we wanted to check out. No elevators. We sent several emails before checking in. No answers. I honestly don't get the good reviews here.

Very special place. The decor is beautiful and quite unique, different artworks decorating each bedroom and the communal areas gorgeously laid out in wood and tiling. A huge, sunny terrace boasts a plunge pool with a view and the breakfasts were lovely. The position is perfect, right in the middle of the very bohemian area full of tiny shops and cafes and the hotel itself is very safe, inside a gated entrance. Staff were utterly lovely and really helpful. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed.
