Il nome dell'hotel non poteva essere più appropriato. Camera con terrazzo vista lago che solo quella valeva il prezzo pagato. Parcheggio gratuito. Disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari il valore aggiunto. Sala colazione con vista mozzafiato, varia, con dolci sfornati direttamente dalla proprietaria. Punto di partenza per visitare il meraviglioso lago di Como. Consigliato

L’hôtel ne correspond pas à la description faite, c’est dommage ! Pas de bar , pas de restaurant, petit déjeuner basique hormis les œufs proposés. Le jambon et le fromage ne font pas honneur à la région. La propreté est irréprochable, la literie excellente, le ventilateur ne peut être employé qu’avec une puissance partielle. Excellent accueil du propriétaire, on sent la propriétaire moins conviviale. Très belle vue sur le lac.

Ich habe Anfang Juli mit meiner Familie im Hotel Bellavista übernachtet und die Aussicht macht dem Namen des Hotels alle Ehre. Doch trotz des schönen Zimmers (ich hatte einen Balkon direkt am Comer See) waren die Duschen etwas schmutzig und das Zimmer war wirklich zu heiß. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage (das wussten wir), aber die Deckenventilatoren sind wirklich zu laut, um sie eingeschaltet zu lassen, es hört sich an, als ob ein Hubschrauber im Hotel wäre. Obwohl wir die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet hatten, um das Zimmer zu kühlen, während wir weg waren, kam jemand herein und schaltete sie aus. Wir fanden unsere Kleidung an einem anderen Ort als wir sie zurückgelassen hatten, jemand durchwühlte die Gästezimmer, ohne um Erlaubnis zu fragen. Der Besitzer schläft auf der Couch in der Mitte der Lobby und nicht in den Ruhestand in einer professionellen Art und Weise, nicht eine nette Art und Weise zu begrüßen ankommende Gäste.

In questo hotel molti aspetti fanno la differenza: la vista sul lago o sul giardino, i fatto di essere situato in una delle zone più fresche e tranquille del lago, il parcheggio gratuito, l’inesistenza della tassa di soggiorno e, dulcis in fundo, la gestione familiare dei due coniugi proprietari, improntata ad una gentilezza e ad una professionalità, portate a coltivare i rapporti umani e la premura verso il cliente. Completa il quadro una grande pulizia. Tutti questi aspetti renderanno il vostro soggiorno al Bellavista indimenticabile!

Il panorama dalla camera è davvero splendido. I Proprietari sono gentilissimi, molto disponibili. Pulizia eccellente. La sala colazione è accogliente e con le grandi vetrate offre una vista davvero piacevole del lago, i monti, le barche e i temerari del windsurf

Hotel famigliare. Bella vista sul lago! Camere pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort. La reception chiude alle 22.30, ma gli ospiti possono entrare all’ora che vogliono chiamando il numero dei padroni. Io ero con altri due amici per un festival lí vicino. Tutti i clienti in quesi giorni andavano al festival, quindi i poveri signori, ci hanno dovuto attendere fino alle 2 di notte! La colazione abbondante e buona. Torneremo decisamente!

Excelente relación costo beneficio y una atención personalizada y los dueños que supera cualquier expectativa. Vista espectacular de lago, buen desayuno y limpieza de instalaciones. El trabajo de los dueños es inmejorable. Altamente recomendable para visitar la zona

I recently stayed at Hotel BellaVista in Valmadrera, Como, Italy with my nephew's family, including two teenage daughters and two young daughters aged 3.5 and 2.2 years. The service was terrible, with rude and unhelpful staff who seemed to have no interest in making our stay comfortable. We chose the hotel based on *********** reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. When we arrived, the owner, Christina, was unfriendly and complained about our late arrival. Despite my nephew's request for two rooms next to each other, we were given rooms on different floors. Christina was also hostile towards the two baby girls, insisting they be completely silent even when walking in the hall or in the rooms. The rooms themselves were outdated and uncomfortable, with a tight space, one queen bed (made up of two twin beds) and one small twin bed that both need updating. The shower area was cramped and there was no shampoo provided, only hand soap. In my nephew's room, there was also a constant sound of water leaking all night, making it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was a huge disappointment, despite the beautiful view from the dining room. There were only white bread slices and a few bread rolls, and when my nephew asked for more, Christina rudely said that there was none left because other guests had eaten everything. We were there before the limited time for breakfast, so this was unacceptable. To top it off, the male owner of the hotel watched us struggle with our luggage upon arrival, but didn't offer to help. This was especially difficult for my nephew, who has health problems with his legs due to a car accident years ago. The next morning, the owner suggested that there was an elevator that could have brought our bags up to the hotel from the street level, but he hadn't told us about it the night before. Overall, I would not recommend Hotel BellaVista. We paid 340 Euros for one night for two rooms, and the service was extremely bad. The hotel is unfriendly to children, the rooms are outdated and uncomfortable, and the breakfast was embarrassing. Save your money and find a better option.

10 out of 10 Location is beautiful family run business definitely will visit again Rooms are nice and big. We stayed in room 207 facing the lake. it’s got the family touch. Breakfast was nice ample of free parking port renting is just from outside when available
