阿斯蒂民宿

Wir haben das Hotel Casa Asti für einen Kurztrip nach Valletta gebucht. Es liegt mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem in einer ruhigen und pittoresken Nebengasse. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich liebevoll gestaltet in einem historischen Gebäude. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr nette und hilfsbereite Personal. Man merkt dass es sich hier um einen passionierten Familienbetrieb handelt, dem es am Herzen liegt seine Gäste willkommend zu behandeln. Das kleine Restaurant bietet ein formidables Frühstück mit persönlicher Atmosphäre. Vielen Dank für einen perfekten Aufenthalt und die Hilfe mit dem Taxifransfer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excelente hotel en el centro de La Valeta, con habitaciones amplias y decoradas con gusto. El baño también es ampli y bien equipado. No hay ruidos. Las habitaciones no tienen TV y no hay ascensor, pero merece la pena por lo auténtico, calidad y decoración.

This is a small, ancient and very quaint hotel right in the centre of the city, on a steep street that has tables outside for their attached brasserie. In summer it might be a bit noisy, but at this time of year it was perfectly quiet. The room we had was small but very pretty; the bed very comfortable, the curtains elegant and very good at keeping out light. The bathroom was. really a bit too small but clean and well equipped. I believe that the hotel is family run, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had one lunch in the brasserie which was excellent. The decor was very tasteful and full of interest

This is a beautiful building and a perfect location, with lovely rooms. You can walk to everything. They have gone to a lot of trouble to think of every detail. From a decent size trashcan and extra luggage racks, to ensuring the lamp switches are visible on the cord, the beds and linens were very comfortable. They also run a café in front of the hotel. Which is lovely, and keeps them quite busy, but if you have a problem, you know where to find them :-) it is true that there is music Friday and Saturday night, and it is loud if you are in the front of the building. But it stops at 11, and frankly we enjoyed the music. The night we were there, it was mostly “rat pack”… Sinatra et cetera. They do not have a guest laundry, but on the next street there is a small laundromat. To wash and dry a load of laundry costs about €10. Don’t miss the Hypogeum or the Tarxien temples!

The place also runs a restaurant that plays live music every Friday and Saturday, which is completely incompatible with a place where people contract for rest. If you don't care about this, you will maybe like the place. But be warned they don't tell anything about this other "service" they provide on Booking or similar.

We can highly recommend this place. We have stayed here for 3 nights with our children. Room is spacious, clean and very beautiful decorated. Staff is super friendly also with our kids. Also highly recommended for lunch. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Valletta.
