伊尼亞拉海港之家飯店(Iniala Harbour House and Residences)

Wir haben im April 2024 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Es kam uns jedoch eher vor wie ein Airbnb. Under Zimmer „Hideaway Studio“ war wirklich super super klein. Gefühlte 15 Quadratmeter. Allerdings ist der Ausblick phänomenal. Besser geht es aus Malta wohl nicht. Genauso war die Bettwäsche, Kissen und Bettdecke sehr luxuriös. Da die Zimmmer im Hideaway Building (gleiche Straße ca. 10 Häuser weiter) waren und es dort keine Lobby etc. gab, sondern einfach eine Hauseingangstür und mini Fahrstuhl und mini Treppenhaus, hatte es kein Hotelfeeling sondern eher wie ein Airbnb. Das Zimmer ist für 2 Personen wirklich zu klein. Man kann sich nicht wirklich umdrehen oder zu zweit in dem Zimmer laufen. Zudem ist es leider komplett vollgestellt. Ein viel zu großer Schrank, ein unnötiger Sessel und ein unnötiger keiner Tisch. Die Toilette ist 20cm weg vom Bett und die Dusche ist komplett offen, nicht mal ein Sichtschutz gibt es. Wenn man sich all dessen bewusst ist, kann es ein toller Aufenthalt sein. Aber mehr als 2 Nächte kann ich nicht empfehlen, zumindest nicht in diesem Zimmer.

Der Service war hervorragend und lag ausgesprochen über unseren Erwartungen Die Zimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet, in unserer Suite war uns das Bett lediglich etwas zu klein. Das Taxi brachte uns an die Rückseite des Hotels, das passiert wohl öfters, allerdings landet man dort im Fitnessbereich und da niemand anwesend war und es keine direkte Verbindung zum Hotel gibt, das es komplett auf der anderen Seite liegt, war das Gesuche groß. Ein Hinweisschild mit Eingang gegenüber ,über die Brücke würde enorm helfen. Täglich gab es im Eingangsbereich the Hideaway ab 15.30 Uhr bis 17Uhr kostenlos Getränke und Snacks . Das Frühstück findet im Haupthaus in der 4, Etage statt. Es gibt einen hervorragenden Blick auf das Meer und man kann die Glasfront je nach Wind verstellen oder ganz öffnen. Das Frühstück ist absolut hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Tiene la mejor ubicación, con vista al mar, la habitación muy cómoda y excelente decoración, te hace sentir en casa, las amenidades muy bien, el desayuno de primera y el menú del restaurante impresionante! Son muy amables y hospitalarios, nos han acompañado todo el tiempo con nuestras peticiones y con la mejor atención.

I would want to return to Malta just to stay here again. Firstly, I want to thank the staff for their incredible kindness. They are all so helpful and make you feel at home. Secondly, the room was one of the most incredible in which I have stayed. The balconies and view were terrific. The decor, linens and toiletries were also top notch. The delicious chocolates and wine were excellent. Breakfast was most enjoyable. There is a lovely view from the terrace. The pancakes, avocado toast, juice and coffee/flat white were perfect. The location is also wonderful. The hotel is in a quiet area overlooking the water. It is a five minute walk to the canons and gardens and up into the centre of Valletta.

We have loved our stay at the Iniala and will be recommending to our family and friends. The well thought out luxurious accommodation offers the most exceptional views of the harbour. The staff are all very friendly and have gone above and beyond for us which has made our stay in Malta incredibly memorable. Their concierge Martina is the best concierge we have encountered in all of our years of travel and has provided some excellent recommendations. Thank you to the Iniala team

Absolutely wonderful hotel! From the moment we checked in until departure, the service was incredible. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I were upgraded the the Presidential Suite as we were celebrating our anniversary. The views are spectacular with 2 large terraces and the room was very spacious with large living area and all the amenities. Tatiana, at the spa, provided a luxurious massage and facial. The Ion Restaurant by Simon Rohan is an absolute must. The tasting menu and service was incredible. Rakki, who is part of the Butler Team, provided us with the best experience. 5 stars all around for her, the entire staff and hotel. We look forward to visiting Malta and the Inalia Harbor House again. Grazzi!

I wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, that's how much we absolutely loved our time there. I have to start with the staff, all of whom went out of their way to help us with anything we needed, helping us have the best honeymoon. The front desk and concierge did a wonderful job coordinating reservations and cabs, as well as helping plan day trips and excuions. The driver who took us around Malta was so knowledgeable and eager to suggest places to visit. Be sure to take advantage of the private wine tour to Ta'Betta Winery that they are able to set up. Wonderful wine in a gorgeous setting. The hotel it's self is beautiful and luxurious. I wish we had more downtime to take advantage of our suite - plenty of room to relax. Located on the harbor, the views are wonderful, and it's an easy/short walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, and the many historical sights. We really enjoyed the amenities provided - the spa was very relaxing, the room service was delicious, and the free water was an added bonus. Do yourself a favor and book this incredible place.

This property is wonderful in almost every way. Great location. Fantastic rooms. Professional, friendly staff. However, it had one glaring shortcoming: their Michelin 1 star restaurant only offered tasting menus for lunch and dinner. We would have loved to dine in their rooftop restaurant but your only choice was a 13-course tasting menu. At $150 pp plus wine and service charge, you’re looking at roughly $500+ and 3 hours for your meal for 2. We asked about grabbing coffee or a cocktail but the restaurant was focused on their Michelin dining guests, not hotel guests. We shared our frustration on several occasions but the concierge said they are focused on Michelin ratings. We found it strange.

Beauty with an attitude is an unfortunate combination when describing a property that is in the perfect location with an interior design that is up there with some of the best properties around the world. Scenic this property is, interior design from the lobby, the vault, business center, spa and rooms, breath taking. Typical rustic building structure with that twist of new design. Professionalism, just lets this property avail the review rating for 2-stars, there simply is no quality in the staff against the quality of the property. Knowledge of the local area when asking questions, is zero, there is just a complete lack of information sources, almost as if they are not willing. Booked two rooms in this property, excellent, something different to other properties i have visited. The views from the balcony breath taking (first floor has some road noise though). Spacious, well designed and all the luxuries one could need when traveling alone or with family. One of the best rooms i have visited across properties to date. Bathrooms are mix of that traditional touch with a new design, rain showers, spacious and excellent products. Sleeping area, spacious, bed extremely comfortable with a variety of pillows on offer, lines of the highest quality. Dress room, excellent size, living area well designed, small kitchen and an extra bathroom with shower. Overall from the rooms, this property would be rated at 5-Stars. Spa, tested a 30 minute massage and 30 minute facial, extremely professional service and products utilized of a good quality. Layout of the spa area, again, in line with the property, that traditional rustic touch with an element of today's design concept. This property offers a roof top restaurant, Michelin Star, and because it is Michelin Star, you are not permitted to visit unless a table is booked for dinner. Pathetic is where one starts with the description. Such a beautiful property and the best views are always on the top, but your not permitted to relax and have a coffee or a cold glass of wine. Attitude. Attitude. Attitude. We actually visited, just to visit and the staff were so rude it was incredible. The interesting part, is the guests seem to have the same attitude, people in cheap chinos, believing they are special, because they booked a table in a Michelin Star. Breakfast is also served in the same location. On a note, the eggs benedict was soggy and took around 25-Minutes for them to prepare. Since the breakfast location is the same as dinner (Michelin Star), one decided to have a wonder, interesting, wine cabinets covered in finger prints, glasses not cleaned down, yet it is a location of Michelin quality where the basics cannot even be done right. Average breakfast overall, again with employees that have attitudes. Some advise, for the staff and some of your guests, do not judge one by their dress code, their looks or their easy attitude, it is usually those who you judge are the ones who care fo
