酒店房間內的傢具，洗手間真的挺老舊的。總覺得服務人員不夠專業，作為5星級酒店應該好好培訓一下。因為疫情期間，游泳池要預約，游泳池的reception有點沒禮貌。不住店客人來游泳，有時候因為人數滿了，即便住店客人也不能使用游泳池。覺得酒店這樣安排不是很妥。還有就是酒店局部一點點在更新，例如換地毯，刷酒店電梯附近的牆，如果施工，有一些房間就應該關閉不可以預定，但是酒店根本看上去沒啥計劃，整個樓道都是灰，安排客人走貨梯。總之覺得這個酒店就外觀像五星級，服務管理真的不太行。

瓦倫西亞雖然不是個熱門旅遊城市，但是這家酒店的服務人員真的超級熱情，從怎麼租自行車，到哪裡去吃飯，怎麼走參觀路線……貼心為你想好。因為這家酒店的服務也更喜歡這個城市。酒店的房間非常的有特色，浴池很大，泡澡的時候相當的舒服，洗漱用品也很贊，房間裏的飲品隨便喝，總之如果再來這裏肯定還會入住，全部滿分！

偉大的經歷始於我們穿過門的時候;我們早早的航班,所以我們不得不等待我們的房間。在那期間,酒店提供了一些卡瓦和其他茶點。同樣的待遇繼續了我們一週的剩餘時間。工作人員絕對是親人,酒店是我們參觀過的最好的酒店之一,非常乾淨安靜,早餐在鎮上是最好的。位置很好,如果您需要出租車,大堂的夥計們正在處理它。非常強烈的推薦。

我和成年的兒子從貝尼多姆坐公共汽車去瓦倫西亞,前往燃燒法拉斯“La Crema”的地點。酒店很適合芽站,因爲隔壁,外面有一個出租車站,還有對面有一個El Corte Ingles的大型購物中心。但是,在La Crema期間,通往市中心的道路都關閉了,所以我們不得不到處走,最後兩天我們完全完蛋了。穿過舊河牀,到主城需要半小時的步行。如果我再去瀑布,我肯定會呆在市中心。但是圖裏亞酒店本身是不錯的-浴室配有肥皂、洗髮水和一個小陽台。對我來說最大的問題不是水壺--我渴望在房間裏喝一杯!但除此之外,它乾淨舒適!瓦倫西亞是一個美麗的城市,如果你在法拉斯嘉年華外面,它的位置很棒,因爲我們會跳上出租車去鎮上。

I spent 4 nights in this hotel and upon check in I was upgraded from single to double room. It was very nice surprice for me. The rrom was clean, very spacious and I liked the modern and simple style very much. And the matrace is great! Hard enough. I do not like the soft matraces. Very close to both, the city as well as the beach. Just few minutes by public transportation. A big thanks to hotel receptionist Sara, who was very attentive, friendly and always ready to help in case of questions. Her english was very good. I liked it there. Dominika

Hotel por debajo del estándar de calidad Silken. Lo mejor es la amplitud y la limpieza de la habitación y la amabilidad del personal. El resto, todo muy mejorable. Desde los amenitis con el champú gel dos en uno hasta la espantosa comida del servicio de habitaciones. El mobiliario anticuado y un poco ajado. Experiencia regular, así que con pocas (o ninguna) ganas de repetir.

Hi Valencia cancelled on me 2 weeks before the marathon despite booking with them in March. I was left with v little availability and prices twice the price ! They did however offer to pay the difference and sent me the bank transfer as proof but Guess WHAT! they recalled it and Booking.com will not compensate because they believe Hi Valencia as they showed them proof of the transfer !! Despite I have an email stating they recalled the transfer. They are thieves!!! The way I have been treated as a customer is disgraceful . I will continue to fight this which I have been for a month It’s exhausting and time consuming but I will not give up the BIT is between my teeth. So be warned avoid this property!!

Excellent Stay- Great Staff- Fab Fittings- Wonderful apartment, great local area with cafes and tapas bars to choose from. Park across the road and bus connections to Old City, Beach and other places of interest. Also walkable to Old City through the 11km stunning park. Noise was minimal, well built building. So pleased I chose to stay here in beautiful Valencia. I highly recommend to stay here with a great kitchen if you choose to cook. Windows open for air if needed. Aircon works so well and 2 TV’s a bonus! Thank you to all staff for being so kind and helpful.

I stayed in Nest Style Hotel Valencia in september for a couple nights. I really loved this hotel and I am sure if I come again to Valencia, I will stay here. The hotel has a very good, minimalistic, scandinavian design. The room was quite big with a smart TV, big shower and toilet and all the other stuff that you need at 3 stars. The hotel itself is well located, not downtown but everything is easily accessible by walk or by public transportation (10 mins walk the metro station to the airport, and 15-20 mins by bus to reach the downtown or the beach/port). There was also a big supermarker 2 mins from the property. The hotel staff was extremely nice and super friendly. They were always available and very professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you stay in Valencia. :)
