Luna del Raccolto

Purtroppo siamo rimasti molto delusi dal nostro soggiorno nella struttura. Lo staff ci ha informato solo dopo la prenotazione e il pagamento dei ritardi e problemi che hanno avuto dal solo dopo la prenotazione e il pagamento dei ritardi e problemi che hanno avuto che l'hotel era aperto da quasi un mese. Questo ad esempio si è tradotto nella mancanza della TV in camera, o in un phone in dotazione nelle camere assolutamente non all'altezza del prezzo e dello standard dell'hotel, ma non in uno sconto. Inoltre siamo rimasti molto scontenti della stanza che non corrispondeva minimamente alle foto sul sito, quelle che si vedono sono le suite! Fate attenzione!!! Dico questo sulla base del fatto che abbiamo avuto del problemi con la nostra stanza, che lo staff si è impegnato subito e con più tentativi a risolvere. Alla cortesia dimostrata non ha corrisposto però la risoluzione del problema e quando ci siamo lamentati dopo i ripetuti disagi lo staff ci ha gentilmente proposto di cambiare Stanza, tuttavia anche nel caso di questo piccolo upgrade la stanza non faceva assolutamente fede a quelle viste sul sito. Aspetti positivi: - colazione divina ampia e di grande livello con molte specialità locali - cortesia dello staff - Struttura nuovissima

Though it was a “hidden” gem (the sign is on the front door and not visible from the street) , we loved our 3-night stay with Daniela, the proprietor, and her stellar staff. We arrived to a beautiful room with spectacular view. We were a bit peckish and the perfect snack of regional almond cookies were there for the taking. Nice touch! Being a retired chef, I was tickled pink the resident chef was young and innovative. We made a reservation for dinner one evening and each course was as delectable as the next ( see photo below). If local Red Shrimp are in season, order whatever the chef has prepared - I savored every bite. Daniela also offered to ship to us in the US local specialties like confitures, Trapani sea salt, honey as well as other delicious condiments. I am not sure why this hotel has been awarded 5 stars. At best, it is 4 stars. Our room intermittently smelled of sewer gas, and a public culvert runs directly under the hotel entrance that smells of sewer gas almost constantly.

We had a wonderful stay at this new hotel! The staff is SO friendly, warm, and eager to help. Everything is new, updated, and clean. The four-course dinner was also EXCELLENT, honestly the best meal we've had in Sicily so far. Parking was easy since it's in a small town. 15 min drive to Trapani, from which you can take a gondola up to Erica (beautiful walled medieval town).

Un oasi di paradiso, consiglio davvero questo posto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, tutto il personale super cordiale premuroso e gentile, purtroppo non siamo arrivati ad assaggiare la loro cucina per via del poco tempo a disposizione, ma la colazione davvero ottima e soprattutto super rilassante all’esterno. Le camere sono bellissime, curate nei minimi dettagli. Ci tornerei e ci torneremo sicuramente molto volentieri se dovessimo andare da quelle parti. Complimenti!

Belle adresse, chambre tout confort avec jacuzzi privé. La cuisine de terroir est excellente, le service personnalisé et un sens réel de l'hospitalité anime tous les membres du personnel. L'hôtesse Daniela et son chef travaillent avec les produits et les vins locaux, aiment à les raconter. Pour accéder à ce petit paradis, il faut faire confiance à son GPS: une enseigne visible de la rue aiderait les visiteurs.

Sehr gemütliches, familiäres Boutique Hotel. Die Küche war ausgezeichnet, die Weine erlesen und die Gastgeber waren grossartig. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und vom Stil her sehr modern und mit edlen Materialen ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts.
