I booked this hotel on the 25th January then cancelled because I found a better deal. According to *********** it was free to cancel. The hotel have taken £804 from my credit card. I emailed them, messaged them, contacted ***********, pursued the dispute resolution service with booking .com and didn't get anywhere. When in Val d'Siere last week, I visited the hotel and insisted that the receptionist refund my money while I waited. Allegedly she did. I receved a receipt...but no money has yet been refunded. It's a disgrace. I will continue to pursue until I get my money back.
