韋爾格維提之家(Gravity Haus Vail)

Call ahead before booking to check on the status of the amenities if traveling before the ski hill opens. We booked a quick weekend getaway here because the bar, restaurant, coffee shop, and hot tub all looked great. Literally none of them were open. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Fabulous hip hotel in the perfect location especially for attending a concert at the Amphitheater. They do charge a high resort fee but they have an incredible gym and a hot tub. The restaurant is beautiful and high end with great food. Would stay there again

The property seemed updated, however as soon as I walked in the young man was absolutely rude. Not only once but the 18 hours we were there. No valet as advertised, my husband is handicapped and we had to carry bags up and down stairs. No one offered to help. Bedding was great, however due to no A/C we had to sleep with window open. The shuttle bus stops directly in front of the hotel. We had zero sleep. The young man once again watched me roll all our bags out without offering to help. We checked out and came to The Lodge @ Vail and it has been amazing. Do NOT stay at Gravity Haus!!!!! I never leave a bad review but this one is a total waste of money. The Hotel was cute but service, no A/C, and non stop street noise made me want to warn you all.

If you like the pictures on their website of the restaurant and bar, don’t plan on enjoying it. They don’t want to serve you. Showed up for an after dinner drink on Saturday night at 9:30 and they told us they did not want to serve us since they had no customers. One drink was too much for them to work. Won’t come back.

Traveling with a baby and stroller, not convenient at all. There was no ramp and to carry stroller with a baby was definitely a problem Appears hotel in violation of ADA - with no ramp or elevator accessible or working. Room was in a basement- not happy about the cost. No kitchen in the room

Great restaurant on-site with many options. GH was short-staffed with no valet parking when we arrived but there is public parking reasonably close by. Our room was OK but looked worn (surprising given the location and price range). Many good choices for dining and great activities available at the mountain. Vail itself felt a little too "artificial" -- a bit like a shopping mall.

High quality furnishings and finish. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, though ion edge of town. Next to parking garage with Gore Creek behind with a beautiful walking path. Close to attractions like BravoVail concerts.

We will be back! The only thing that was disappointing was that we called the front desk to ask them if we could be on the back side of the hotel and we booked that but we were actually on the street. We would also have liked a balcony. Otherwise it was great.

The hotel was great, nice rooms, convenient for skiing . The staff was exceptionally great except for the 2 young ladies in the spa. I found them to be rude. The front desk team was amazing! We finished an amazing trip and a great day of skiing, everything was excellent except for the 2 ladies in the spa, The front desk mgr sent us down to the locker room to change out of our ski clothes prior to a 3 hour drive to our next destination. The 2 girl refused to let us use the locker room and instead sent us to a standard public restroom. It was in called for especially since the place was empty on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm. It’s amazing how something simple could ruin your experience.
