果阿W飯店(W Goa)

Il W di Goa si trova in una fantastica posizione su una scogliera della costa dello Stato di Goa, nelle vicinanze di Vagator. Il posto è molto bello e il resort moderno e vivace, come nello stile W. Camera spaziosissima (bagno enorme con grande vasca da bagno) e i servizi sono eccezionali. La cucina è sublime in tutti i ristoranti del resort. Nei dintorni si possono effettuare delle interessanti escursioni soprattutto alla Basilica del Buon Gesù. Un ringraziamento speciale va al mio butler Farhad, di una gentilezza rara.

ポップなデザインの内装が特徴的なホテル。広い庭の先にあるDJブース付きのレストランはリゾートのクラブ風で楽しいです。 部屋にもよるかと思いますが、私の滞在した部屋は植物と庭の池が見える快適な部屋でした。気候が良かったこともあり非常に気分が良かったです。そして清潔です。スタッフも非常に洗練されており、滞在は快適です。 一方、このホテルはマリオットグループではあるものの、クレジットカードでは事前決済ができず、銀行振込を要求されます。最初はインボイスも無く、メール本文で金額と振込先のみ送られてきたので面くらいました。 （インドの地方ではオンライン決済ができないという記事も見たことがありますが、請求漏れの料金は他の会社経由でチャージされたので、どうもそういった事情ではなさそうです） プラチナエリートが利用できるラウンジは無く、夕方１時間のみロビーでドリンクがもらえるとのことでしたが利用しなかったので詳細は不明です。 チェックアウトの時間延長も使わなかったのでできるか不明です。 素晴らしいホテルでしたが、年末料金の1泊10万円ならば他にも選択肢がありそうです。もっといえば、ポイントも特典もないのであればマリオットグループを選ぶ必要すら無いので。

The stunning location, modern design, and friendly staff create a memorable experience. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, The resort's lively atmosphere might not suit those seeking total tranquillity, but overall, W Goa is a fantastic choice for an exciting and chic getaway.

The hotel didn’t have the bookings when we reached. They made us wait for an hour before they gave us the rooms. Also, they didn’t give us the promised rooms which were already paid for on **********, and instead of upgrading us to a better category, they actually put us in a category lower which was the base category. I am a good Member of both ********** and Marriott, and I do not understand this kind of service from a hotel of this stature. It is never about the mistakes that happen, but how they are dealt with and what solutions are provided.

It was supposed to be a couples retreat but did not turn out so. We booked a cottage room. Causes of concern 1.) Cleanliness and hygiene go for a toss when you find a live cockroach in the mini bar 2.) Safety was another issue. Please check if there is an event taking place at the property before booking. We had to suffer through the effects of Sunburn. We had a drunk and wet stranger knocking on our door at the middle of the night asking if this was the W.. called the security and they eventually caught him .. but it’s not what you expect from a 5 star hotel 3.) the lights will randomly switch on and off .. so be prepared for your electronic equipments to get messed up

Exceeded expectations and service was above and beyond. We had a wonderful stay - their team did true justice to the Titanium Elite status with room upgrades and personal touches. Never got a No! everything asked was delivered. Lima Dsouza mam is a best Recreation Executive ,W GOA Hotel ..we had best experience with her. Her decoration of our room was awesome.. I loved it n enjoyed.she is soft spoken , polite n very helpful mam.. she available anytime when we need.Thanks mam 😍

Excellent property! Super excellent staff who was very helpful during stay and made us feel more comfortable! overall great experience! would definately recommend friends and family to stay!! Special mention for Nishant excllent guy!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at W goa.From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Thank you Lima for the wonderful decor for my sons 5th birthday.
