The hotel didn’t have the bookings when we reached. They made us wait for an hour before they gave us the rooms. Also, they didn’t give us the promised rooms which were already paid for on **********, and instead of upgrading us to a better category, they actually put us in a category lower which was the base category. I am a good
Member of both ********** and Marriott, and I do not understand this kind of service from
a hotel of this stature.
It is never about the mistakes that happen, but how they are dealt with and what solutions are provided.
