Camera abbastanza ampia, con i soliti problemi di pulizia, prodotti da bagno disponibili. Ristorante a buffet buono ma poca cura ai dettagli, rabbocchi di acqua fra bottiglie e solita tovaglietta girata alla fine di una cena, mai passato uno straccio per pulire. Cibo comunque buono. Spa inutilizzabile, ma specificato solo al mio arrivo. Ero stato a rajkot nella stessa catena ma decisamente migliore.

Very comfortable stay, good friendly staff... Enjoyed the short stay....The menu also has multiple options between Indian, Continental and Oriental... Good Place to come to.. Its a quite place so full peace of mind guaranteed

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel a Vadodara. Personale cortese ad accogliente. Ci è stata data la camera n° 810, grande e pulita con letto matrimoniale, finestra grande con vista città, a/c, tv, bottiglie di acqua gratis, cassaforte, minibar, bollitore per the/caffè. Il bagno non molto grande con wc, lavabo, doccia, phon e asciuga***i. Wi-fi funzionante. La colazione e la cena servita nel ristorante adiacente alla reception, a buffet, vario e curato, personale accogliente, peccato per l'aria condizionata troppo forte per noi. Una buona scelta.

Nice hospitality, working staff is very elegant, interacted with few staffs viz. Sripal rathore, anoop, omkar. Food quality is very good. Situated on Highway, room interior is very nice. Comfortable bedding and spacious rooms. Reasonable prices.

Room is in terrible condition, Dirty Walls, please never ever allot these rooms to anyone. I am a regular visitor in this hotel, never expected this from ITC group of hotels. Please at least take good care of your guests. Will not recommend this hotel ever.

We are a long term guest at Fortune Inn Promenade. Every one is mostly friendly and the receptionist is always helpful. The house keeping staff (***oj) is consistently attentive with all of our daily requirements and he is very helpful. The breakfast buffet is always delicious with plenty of options. Entrance hall is regularly clean. They accommodated our request to have a small kitchenette. In room dinning food was good and great value for money. We are very impressed by their service. We just made the right choice of choosing Fortune Inn Promenade.

We had dinner in Orchid restaurant , food was superb and staff was very co operative,specially Onkar was very supportive and given a food suggestion , overall nice experience. Sripal Restaurant ***ager also very helpful, we will come back soon.

Hotel property was nice. Excellent amenities for an holiday inn. Restaurant is very hygiene, clean and well up to the mark. Staff of Mr. Shriphal and his team very polite, helpful and kind. Food was very good and tasty especially omelette. Reception staff ie Mrs. Dhanashree and her team were very polite and kind. she make sure everything provided by the staff up the mark. Security team make sure everything should be check properly and than entered. One should go ahead with this hotel and enjoyed the Trip. Over all experience was amazing.
