Endroit intéressant, chambre spacieuse. Personnel sympathique. Possibilité d’un meilleur éclairage, luminosité s’apparentant à une salle d’opération d’un hôpital; un simple gradateur pourrait suffire. Minimaliste quant aux accessoires, même pas un simple verre en plastique et tout au plus quelques savons disponibles.

My stay was absolutely horrible. My room was on the 2nd level and it was so noisy. Their was a group that partied all night and when I told the front desk, they said there was no other rooms and that they would tell the guide to tell the group to quiet down. She said that quiet time was 10 pm, yet reception closes at 10 pm, so basically if they don't quiet down by 10 pm, there is really nothing I can do, but not sleep again. If I would have known it would have been this loud, I would have saved my money and stayed in a hostel. I spent most of my evening sitting at the bar because it was quieter than my room. Very disappointing after reading decent reviews.

Swimming pools are above ground and highly chlorinated, no where to sit and socialize around pool(s) area. There was no Internet nor cable television which is not the hotel's fault BUT they should have offered a discount or have a solution ready.

For such an economical price i did not expect a nice breakfast included. Or a pool. Or a kitchen in our units. The staff are very courteous and keep the facilities clean. This place is definitely a good bargain.

Clean, beautiful room with all we needed. Full breakfast and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

We were so excited to stay here in Uvita, then, every morning starting at about 5:30 am, construction started. Every morning on our 3 night stay we were woken to cement masons shoveling gravel into a mixer and pouring concrete and talking loudly. We were never told that there would be construction going on for their addition to their property. I get that the workers want to start early due to the weather; however, before 6 am!!! And, this morning, someone decided to renevate, or do some work in the room beside us in (room 12), just before 6am. T When we went to the office and requested to speak to the manager, we were told they weren't in today. We complained about the noise and the woman and young guy looked at us like we were lying. The woman even laughed at us! It was also unfortunate that we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs on our own(we're two elderly ladies), but the following day, a male employee carried a very fit guy's luggage up the stairs. It's such a shame because the hotel has potential, but this construction will be going on for quite some time yet so if you plan in booking here, I recommend asking if the construction is finished. It's also sad that the staff working on February 22, 2023, didn't take our complaint serious and were actually rude. This customer service will hurt their business. The young lady behind the desk was pleasant however.

Extremly dissapointed . Hotel was good but i was woken every morning between 5.30 and 6am with very loud construction noise . On the last day they also started a reno on the room next door . They droped something on my door at 5.30 am then stated moving stuff in and out and banging on the pipes. Im on vacation i dont want to be up before 6 am . Tried to explain to staff and ask for the manager they said he wasnt in . I paid good money yet got little sleep . Id like a refund .

You Can do a walk. You Can surf. Nothing more. The days we were here, there where so much noise from morning to evening. Not a chair to sit on - only benches and beds. Not a normal sunbed. I`m not pleased or impressed.

The hotel seemed new and was very clean but a little impersonal but well located. There are other hotels closer to the beach though for the same price
