The room is very clean and super large. The staffs of front desk are very nice!

To pay as much as we did for this room.... My in laws drove 4 hrs to get there to find they could not check in (was at 3 pm) due to hockey team checking out late and gave them a dining credit we were going to use with them in the morning before our sons graduation. The dining was to be open 7 till 11 but when we went down to eat at 8 am they said they weren't open yet. We had to go to Dunkin donuts in order to make graduation on time. No notifications about anything.

Arrived at 5:00 after a 4 hour drive and room was not clean/ready, check in was to be at 3:00. A hockey team checked out late. Offered no comp or refund on room because we booked through *******. Spoke of potential discount for the restaurant, but restaurant did not open until 9 am and we had to be at college graduation at 9:30 miles away. Room was nicely decorated but not even a pencil and paper. Chair and ottoman uncomfortable and only 1 chair. We were on third floor, ice machine 2 floors away. Outdoor furniture( metal mesh) did not have cushions on. Overall disappointing for $207. Have stayed in much nicer places for one third the price. Thanks for listening

Amazing stay. Warm welcome, Jose at guest services was very friendly and inviting. Very professional and great conversation. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Hotel restaurant had great food and drinks. Definitely will be back. Definitely recommend others to stay.

We stayed this summer & had a great large corner room with 2 queens. The bed was comfy & we really enjoyed it. I booked the same type of room for this stay but when we arrive we were told that it wasn't available. We stayed in a much smaller room (100sq/ft smaller) with one queen. The bed wasn't nearly as comfortable as our stay this summer & I was still charged for the price of the larger room.

This place is a home run! The staff is friendly, warm cookies on checkin. The room is beautiful and clean. Great experience from the time we checked in. Most impressive - the lobby is a knockout. We were lucky in that a three-piece band played in the lobby for several hours on the evening we checked in. We sat in the lobby both on the 1st and 2nd floors to enjoy the music and ambiance. Several other guests bought dinner and drinks in the hotel restaurant and enjoyed their purchases in the lobby at various tables and couches. If we had known, we would have skipped the dinner elsewhere in favor of the lobby/restaurant. Beautiful space!

Temperature control instructions are confusing in that when setting the “auto” button, you must make sure the button is neither at “low” nor at “high”, but between those two positions. (The in between position is not apparent to anyone not familiar with this particular device).

The only more or less acceptable area around the property was an ocean front proximity. Since even that by nature given benefit was all piled up by mass of old concrete, glass and other men made materials, the ocean access was not available at all. Pollution was above any acceptable norms for human beings.
