阿維拉公寓(La Vela)

Spent a wonderful few days in your apar**ent, very comfortable, clean and tidy, wifi was great, location is great, I highly recommend it.

The apar**ent was okay. The faucets in the shower were hard to set for the right temperature with the hot water. It was too hot or too cold and if one doesn't want to be burned, one has to have a weak flow of water. If I increased the flow the water was scorching hot. The apar**ents was a studio with a bed, chairs, kitchen, fully loaded with dishes, silverware. The closet space was fine and over all the place was it very clean. It is good for two people. The problem was the communication regarding the check-in process. It was not at the apar**ents, but on the other side of the street on the rear at the Alto Andino Hotel and to get there one has to walk about 200 feet to the corner, make a left for a 300 feet walk up a steep hill, then make another left for an additional walk of 250 feet. The walk is not a problem, but not with a 50lb duffel bag and a 19lb carry-on. If I had been told about this, I would have asked the Uber driver to take me to the Alto Andino Hotel for check-in and I would have asked the driver to wait for me to take me to the Vela apar**ents. Instead the Uber driver dropped me at the La Vela apts. and I was outside the apar**ents with my luggage, knocking at the door waiting and hoping for someone to open the door. I tried to call the number of the La Vela apts. listed on the email reservation, but I got a message from the cell service stating the number was a not working number. After about a half hour waiting, a guest of the apar**ents that was returning from breakfast told me about the ckeck-in issue, he also stated that he had the same problem. When I complained to the receptionist of the Alto Andino hotel, a guy, he just didn't say anything at all, he didn't even say the reason the phone didn't work. To enter the apar**ents, one has to key in a code. The next day management changed the code and I was not informed, so I couldn't get in the building. I tried to call the La Vela apts. at the number listed on the paper work I got at the time of check-in the day before, but no one answered the phone!!! I had to walk to the Alto Andino Hotel, I complained to the same guy that checked me in the day before, he just gave me the new combination and said that he was busy checking-in other guests, so he couldn't answer the phone. If one wants to have breakfast, one has to pay an additional $10, and it's at the Alto Andino Hotel. The breakfast was okay. The only problem was that both the coffee and the hot water for the tea were cold.

Impecables en cuanto a limpieza, comodidad, vista de la Bahía, ubicación a una cuadra del mejor centro comercial de la ciudad, modernos y con todos los utensillios para cocinar, desayunar, etc. Las chicas del Hotel Alto Andino donde retiramos y entregamos las llaves del departamento excelentes por su amabilidad, cordialidad y disponibilidad para ayudar y resolver problemos. Apartamento gigante. Tem toda a aparelhagem para cozinhar e comer tranquilamente. Vista para a baia de Ushuaia e o canal Beagle. Check in é feito no hotel Alto Andino que fica na mesma quadra, mas de fácil acesso. Após isso, eles te dão uma senha então não precisará voltar la para nada, nem o check out. O prédio é bem localizado, fizemos tudo a pé: supermercado, restaurantes, lojas, passeios, fotos das placas de Ushuaia.

-Departamentos modernos, luminosos y con muy buena ubicación ya que están a una cuadra de la calle principal de Ushuaia. -Ofrecen toallas, ropa de cama y amenities en el baño que son jabón líquido, acondicionador y shampoo. También tienen secador de pelo. Además te dejan sobres de café, té, azúcar y sobres de leche en polvo. -Está equipado con lo básico como para cocinar. -La calefacción es muy buena. -Respecto al wifi una sola vez anduvo un poquito mal, pero estando de vacaciones, es lo que menos me importó. -El check in se hace en un hotel que está justo a la vuelta, donde podes dejar las valijas en guarda hasta poder ingresar. Para ingresar al departamento y al edificio, te asignan un código, por lo que te desprocupas por las llaves. -Si querés desayunar en dicho hotel, lo podés hacer con costo extra y si necesitas que limpien el departamento durante tu estadía también es con costo extra y lo podés solicitar para un día puntal, si es que no querés que te lo hagan todos los días. -El personal de recepción son muy atentos y responden a todas las dudas que tengas.
