Machupicchu train strike , so could not get to destination . Trip.com not helpful in assisting situation!!?! unsatisfactory.

I had a group of 16 passengers staying for a few nights and we had made reservations moths before ,had sent payment in full and a week before they had cancel the reservation because they said they didn’t received payment . Payment that was sent with a Boucher .When we arrived in the reservation we had made reservations for two children and their parents he was the tour conductor the manager at the front desk argued with us saying that the kids had to pay and that they count stay in the same room this where kids of 6 and 8 years .The manager did not gave any solution it was a terrible experience .They had another person in training to collect the passports and she was very rude to the passengers was not ready to help a big group . Monica,Teddy,Isabel are the people at the front desk .They need to change this personal .This was very humiliating experience for our group .They dint want to give an extra bed for the kids . They charged for their food . Check out time guest where returning their keys and a person by the name of Claudia was handling this she insisted in one of our clients need it to pay for a message .The passenger had to look for the receipt to show that he had paid already she was charging for some other persons name not related to the passenger .She dint even apologize .This is probably the 20 th time that I bring groups to this hotel .it was very terrible.I will not return to this hotel or recommend it ta

ペルーレイルの駅からも、マチュピチュ行きのバス乗り場からも近くとても便利なロケーションであった。 近くにショップやレストランもたくさんあった。 ホテル代はそこそこしたが、夕食も含まれており、朝食もおいしく、部屋も落ち着いた感じで満足度が高かった。

Superfriendly staff, especially Monica at the front desk. Gave us a free upgrade for the second night. Pick up and drop off at the train station. We were late for breakfast for one day - restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate us - made us omlette. Overall, a very positive experience. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

My expectations of this hotel were too high, it’s not worth the money you pay for one night. Our first night there we got stocked on the elevator, it happened 2 more times. Our vanity sink and shower were clogged. Dinner menu is the same every night and it was ok. The staff are not friendly at all. Also, the type of railing ( wood decoration)they used on the stairs aren’t safe for little kids. Our room lock box never worked one person came and fixed it, he just move the battery and didn’t replace them, so we didn’t bother to call again.

Had a suite, there was not enough toilet paper, I asked for more at the reception and it was never delivered to our room. Asked for a late check-out and the guy instead of checking if it was possible, simply said they were booked out, which was a lie, because I went to their website and there were still available suites. Food is TERRIBLE, probably the worst food I’ve ever had at a hotel. It’s super noisy, the bar was open until late with loud music and people screaming, I woke up at 23:40 with the noise, which is really unacceptable since it’s supposed to be a 4-star hotel and not a hostel. Last but not least, the card I use in every single trip and had already used in Peru wasn’t working and they said the problem was my card, not their machine, which again wasn’t true cause I used it afterwards and it worked just fine. I had to use my brazilian card and therefore pay taxes for a problem at their machine. Awful experience overall, defitinely not a 4-star, but a 3-star hotel.

Hotel muito bom, instalações ótimas, exceto o aquecedor. Foi preciso trocar três vezes para dar certo. A comida é muito gostosa, café da manhã muito bom, embora tenha servido ovos mexidos gelados (apenas um dia). O happy hour muito bom, excelente pisco sour. Mas as bebidas são muito cara, uma limonada custa Pen 17,00 (um absurdo)

Hotel lindo e atendimento excelente. Os quartos sao limpos e confortaveis. Unicas oportunidades de melhoria sao 1)restaurante (comida do jantar bem sem graça e no cafe do manha quase nao tinha opcao: a maior parte das coisas tinham acabado e demoravam para ser repostas) e 2) horario do check-out (super cedo, as 10hs). Voltamos as 11hs de machu pichu e nao conseguimos nem tomar um banho para pegar o nosso trem de volta. Os funcionarios do hotel foram gentis e nos deixaram tomar um banho no spa, mas nao é a mesma coisa…
