Das hotel sieht auf dem ersten Blick ganz schön aus wenn man die Zimmer genauer betrachtet sind sie seit der Öffnung nicht mehr gepflegt worden ich war vor zwei Jahren schon dort im gleichen Zimmer damals haben wir schon gesagt das die Dusche ( Duschkopf) defekt ist war immer noch so aus den Abwasser rohen kommen sehr sehr unangenehm Gerüche Personal ich nicht nett und das beste bekommt man Brot vom vor Tag es gibt keinen Ansprechpartner vielleicht war es ja mal mit 5 Stern 🌟 ich persönlich bin sehr enttäuscht 😞 😞 und rate jedem sich was anderes zu suchen vielleicht bin ich auch zu anzuchvoll aber ich den wir geben so viel geld aus dann sollte man auch frisches Brot 🍞 bekommen PS. Habe dann Brot bei der Bäcker gekauft

Ich war für 4 Tage in Kosovo im Hotel Rubis da mein Freund in Ferizaj seine Hochzeit feierte. Das Personal war top und stets freundlich . Die Lage von dem Hotel ist perfekt und zimlich im Zentrum . Preisleistung ist das Verhältnis sehr gut. In der nähe liegen super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten . Restourants,Bars, Shopping .

Have lived in many places around the world and this must be described as the worst experience ever! We were going to Kosovo to make music and had booked a hotel in Phristina. But we were caught off guard by a so-called manager named Ari Rema from Ari Entertainment. He forced us to stay in Ferizaj and insisted that we stay at the Hotel Rubiz because it was the best in town, far better and cheaper than the hotels in Phristina, as he said. We were so badly disappointed. - The rooms were right next to a busy road with lots of noise. - The rooms smelled. - They hadn't paid their TV license so you couldn't watch TV. - When you had to have breakfast, which was included in the price, you could choose between 4 dishes, all 4 dishes were eggs made in 4 different ways. You only got 1 cup of coffee and 1 glass of juice. If you wanted more food or drink, you had to pay extra for it. - The food in general was so bad and in no way lived up to what they promised. See, for example, the 2 attached pictures - The cleaning was not exciting and you had to constantly ask them to come and clean. - There were used towels and bathrobes at the bottom of the closet when we arrived. - Cleaning could not be done after 1 p.m. because the cleaning staff had obviously gone home. - Last but not least, the rooms were completely overpriced compared to the experience. It was more expensive than the best hotels in Phristina. - and him Ari Rema from Ari Entertainment was definitely family of owners of the hotel or employed by the hotel to get them customers, so disgusting way to do business. And this is supported by the fact that we were pretty much the only guests at the hotel during the period we stayed there. - So this hotel can NOT recommend in any way, corrupt

Hotel Rubis is one of the most cleanest hotels i have ever stayed at! Each room is modern and elegant with the most comfortable furniture and bedding making sure you have a wonderful stay/sleep when visiting. The staff are extremely welcoming and treat you like family and are always so attentive! It’s highly recommended!! Thank you for all of your efforts!✨👏
